Capital West has always provided excellent service for me.When I need a COI, I make a request and my agent usually has it returned to within an hour or less.I've been with them for years and I've never had any issues.Best customer service of any agents I've had to deal with for my business.

This is my response from an agent that I canceled a policy on. I had additional questions And he never returned my calls however once I canceled my policy this is the exact email word for that was sent to me on behalf of him and his company worst company ever!! This is grounds for termination!! Dont do business here!!! He rated me for a policy that was less than the requirements for my trucking company. So I got a second opinion this is totally unacceptable I have an opportunity to fix this but this is NO WAY TO SPEAK TO ANY CONSUMER You must be a GREAT insurance agent, as you dont even know what a general liability insurance policy is. Its funny how I discussed everything with you that you are so confused about. Told you that a general liability insurance policy is typically a waste of money, as your liability falls on the road with trucking insurance, and is already covered by the $1 million auto liability coverage, I specifically asked you if you currently had an active personal auto insurance policy, then at the end of the call when the policy was sold, told you that you needed to send proof of insurance so you retain that discount. Pretty funny how you didnt say anything about it on the phone. Then at the end of our last conversation, I told you to contact Lorry, and not me, as she handled my book of business as well. But I guess that was too hard for you to figure out/remember as well. Thank you for wasting our time, and for not paying attention to anything that I told you on the phone, as I went over everything that you were completely confused about on your voicemail to me. *********************** Agent
