      I thought the service department did my ****** repair well until I was told that they didn't have a dip stick to check or confirm their work and that the fluid level was correct. This is a 12 dollar item on Amazon and the dealer should have had one. Needless to say that they let me drive my vehicle with low fluid and damage was caused and eventually I needed to replace the transmission. I'm working with the manager to see how this plays out. Be warned to be careful about their service and follow up care. A snowbird.

      I went to look at vehicles I meet **** showed me a 2009 ******* told me it was all wheel- drive, I was trading in a **** Jeep Cherokee. I was told I would get **** for the jeep and I need to give him ***** more to get 200 payments. I did it had an ignition problem which he said would be fixed. Found out later that they never deducted the trade in amount or the ****. dollars and it was not a all-wheel drive, had the ignition fixed several times including having to contact GM for help in getting it fixed. This dealership is nothing but a predator and very under handed an any car deals.

      ***NO ETHICS**** Do NOT buy from this dealer. They we so kind as to offer me a ride from ****** to purchase a 2015 Mini ******. Many questions were answered via phone and the salesman assured me the car was in excellent condition and had passed the dealerships mechanical inspection. Auto check looked good so the salesman ********************* came to pick me up. It was a 5 hour drive and we arrived just after closing. Instead of showing me the car we went straight to the paperwork, it was late in the day so possibly circumstantial. I had to insist we break away and go see the car before moving forward with payment and paperwork. Upon starting the car I immediately realized the engine was bad. Great! Im now stuck in Parker. Instead of coming out to hear the timing chain rattle and lifter tick or admitting the car was damaged the sales Manager ***** was trying to get a warranty together so I had peace of mind to buy this damaged car. ***** explained the dealership would be so kind as to add a 3month 6k aftermarket warranty for no additional charge. The salesman ****** assured me he thought the noise was concerning too but upon having their mechanics further assess it, he was told there was absolutely nothing wrong. After review by two seasoned, expert mechanics there is no doubt this car is damaged and is not mechanically sound.

      ************* contacted us on Friday and said she would like to purchase a 2015 Mini-******. She was in ****** and had no way to get to Parker. We offered to drive to ******, and bring her back. She arrived after 6:30, before we did any paperwork of any kind, she expressed a concern that the engine did not sound the same as it did on 2 you tube videos. As it was after we closed, and had no mechanics here, nor did we have any available in the county, we had no way of having the vehicle checked out. I advised ************* if she was uncomfortable buying the car it was no problem, but if she wanted it I would give her a 3month **** mile warranty on the engine and transmission, at no additional cost. She asked for a brochure that explained the service contract. She said she would like to drive the vehicle for a little while. She told us that she was going to get a room and come back in the morning. I asked if she was planning on going to ***********, and she said she didn't want to drive that far, so she told us she would get a room here in Parker and come back in the morning. When we were able to get a hold of her the next morning, she informed us that she had taken the car to *******, and left it there. We never sold her anything, nor did we get a chance to have someone check out the noise, nor did we have a chance to clean the car for delivery. *********************

      Buyer Beware! Bradley Chevrolet-******, in ****************, **, uses Bait and Switch tactics on potential customers. We wanted to help our daughter get a more reliable, durable car, and have been trying to find her a newer Rav4, at a decentprice. We found a 2014 Rav4 xle with ******* miles, at Bradley Chevrolet ******,in ****************, **, for $10,988.00. We liveabout 700 miles away. My husband messaged the dealership, and received a text back from *************************, a salesperson withBradley Chevrolet Havasu. My husband contacted him on April 25 and April 26th, to make sure the Rav4 was still available, before he started driving down to ***********, and texted him Again during his drive on April 27th, to give him an estimated arrival time, and to make sure the car was still available. ************************* assured him it was available, and even texted back that he would "have the vehicle ready" for him. The salesperson's text on April 27th, at 5:54 pm, stated my husband's 5:30pm ETA was "perfect." (there's a time change, and my husband's phone was still showingMountain Standard Time, so the 5:54 pm response from the salesperson was Actually 4:54 pm). However, some time between ***************************** 5:54pm text, saying "Perfect," and when my husband arrived, the vehicle was mysteriously sold.No longer available. When my husband arrived at the dealership, ************************* was sorry, he "didn't realize" the car had been sold, and immediately offered the option of another Rav4...for almost $14,000.00 More than the cost of the Rav4 my husband had driven down there for. My husband was frustrated, with reason. This felt like a classic Bait and Switch Tactic. Shame on Bradley Chevrolet, for scamming people.
