so on august ******* i was driving on the 87 heading to **********************, behind me was a work truck riding my rear of truck aggressively, as i slowed down to allow them to speed even more and pass me, they attempted to swerve and hit me at full speed. i have pictures of the incident, plate number and as well picture of person driving. Ive attempted to contact by email, phone calls, and voicemails to speak to someone above of this issue.. nothing back. Today i see a 1 star review from them on my account . this is retaliation and should be addressed.Business response

In response to the persons complaint, we have three (3) eye witnesses that stated that he was traveling in the left lane (fast lane). *********** truck was behind the complainants. Traffic was backed up and our employee, along with other vehicles, were able to go around and pass on the right hand lane. *********** vehicle was well ahead of the complainants vehicle, by at least 2 vehicles, and continued traveling Northbound on Hwy 87. The complainant apparently sped up, catching up to our company truck, and threw a bottle at it when passing which ended up in the bed of our truck, per the eye witnesses. As the complainant continued to pass our truck, he was very verbal and giving hand gestures. The complainant went in front of our truck and proceeded to "break check" our driver causing him to slam on his breaks possibly endangering other drivers. When both vehicles were stopped at the red light on **** Blvd and Hwy 87 the complainant took photographs of our driver and our truck. The incident ended when the complainant turned left proceeding onto ************** and our vehicle continued Northbound on Hwy 87.
We have received numerous unkind and demanding voicemail messages on our business phone line, ******** attacks on our Buchanan Construction Business page accusing our driver being on Meth, etc. from this person and he expressing how everyone should be aware of hiring our company. Because of the anger that this person continuously expresses, we spoke with the police department and they suggested that we do not respond to this person directly due to possible safety concerns. We do not know this person nor have we done any business with him or his company. Please note that we are taking the police departments recommendation and do not want anything to do with this individual or their company.

I will strongly disagree with this response due to the lies stated. As mentioned, I was behind the company truck, have the pictures to show of the plates, and myself on the left lane and taking the photo . I would say at that point the right lane vehicle would need to speed upto my vehicle, as there was no traffic backed up. You mentioned , speed? How could 1 speed with traffic backed up?
I attempted to contact you in a professional manner to file a complaint threw management and owners,and nothing was responded to, as a company should respond to make sure ***** does this and corrects an issue from happening again . Either way, I hope that this all gets resolved, and I do wanna say, thank you for your response threw the BBB.
Professionaly communication is a big thing in the construction industry. And believed contacting a business, that they would be communicative and be professional and hear the community out..
This issue here is in my eyes done and over with, I'm not an angry person,nor a violent person who turns to that. I'm a person who makes a living for my family. This was never an issue till I was being almost swerved into at high speeds of 65. Remember what the left lane is for , to pass. Slower to the right. Your driver is an angry person who sped up. Wouldn't it be impossible for me to take a photo of driver if I was on the right side of the road ?

In our follow-up response to Mr. ******* and this matter, it appears that we both want this over and go on with our professional businesses and our constructive lives. The only reason we didn't respond directly to Mr. ******* is that we were following the advice from the police department, as I mentioned previously. Since this was a traffic matter, we felt that the police would be the ones that should/would be notified. We have been an accredited A+ business with the BBB for many years. This is the only complaint we have ever received and it is a traffic complaint. We went to the proper authorities to seek their advice since traffic situations are their jurisdiction. We did not feel that this is a BBB matter since we have never had any business dealings with Mr. ******* and/or his company and that this is and should have been only a police matter. We are requesting that you remove this one and only complaint from our file and close out the file so Mr. ******** his company and our company can move forward in our successful endeavors. I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me. I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved.Glad this can all be settled and we can move forward.
