my Chrysler 300 2006 to ******** complete Auto on 12/9th 2021 to get a diagnosed as to why it was overheating I paid about $70 for the diagnosing fee he said the reason my car is overheating is because of my timing gasket cover so it would be about $800 to fix it so I said okay I will be back I took my car I parked it for about a month finally I saved up enough money to pay them $800 so I took my car back to them with the diagnosing paper and they said okay we will call you when it's done I didn't bother them for about a month they finally called me and said oh I just wanted to give you an update it's going to be more than we thought all together it came out to **** I paid them left with my car 20 minutes later it overheated the same exact way it was overheating 3 months ago... He said get it towed over here I have to pay $100 in the towing fee I get it there my car never had a leak I took it for overheating right there within the 20 minutes of me having the car says that they didn't fix the problem that was making my car overheat I've had my car for 2 years and never had any problems running it just was overheating and I wanted to figure out what it was they kept my car for another 2 weeks and said it was another 300$ in my car was done I go get it I drive to my dad's 2 minutes away and overheated I called with attitude and I told them I don't have no more money I'm a single mom I just need my transportation he said okay I'll switch out the radiator for free if you have warranty supposedly he switched it out Monday comes he text my father and says I'm sorry we can't figure out what's going on with this car and we give up just like that I spent almost $2,000 on them and they gave up on me my car is doing the same exact thing it was doing in November I don't know what to do I have no money left I'm about to lose my job and these guys just don't care can you please help me I don't know what to expect back but I need my car fixed.***** just hangs up on me idk whattod
