I just had my kitchen re-modeled by Re-Bath and Kitchens and they did an awesome job. I have a townhouse that was built back in **** so the cabinets were original but the counters and flooring were done by the seller. Nothing matched and the room needed an update, the sales person was great he had plently of samples to choose from. I found the exact color I was looking for and flooring to match. The installer was awesome, very professional and cleaned up everyday before leaving. Once he was done the kitchen looks like something from a home show, very detailed and everything I ordered. The dates for the re-model were not given to me correctly so there was some confusion there but the end product was better than I thought and worth the money.Review from Donna B

I had a Design Consultant come out to my house to give me a quote on remodeling my bathroom. While he was there at my house, he decided that it would be best if I scheduled an appointment to come down to the showroom to see what he could offer me and provide a quote. I scheduled my appointment a couple of weeks later. I drove down to ******************************************* for this appointment I had with my design consultant with Rebath and Kitchens to go over what I wanted for a bathroom remodel. Keep in mind I scheduled this appointment weeks ago and had been working in a remote area for a few days due to the nature of my job and I did not have cell phone service. The drive took me a couple of hours and when I made it to the appointment, I had no idea that I needed to confirm the appointment the morning of my appointment. When I showed up for the appointment the lady who greeted me advised me that my Design Consultant was there, but my appointment was cancelled as of 8:00AM. When I walked out of Rebath and Kitchens building, I sat in the parking lot to make some phone calls; I then see my Design Consultant walk right out of the building to smoke a cigarette by his car so it was apparent to me that he could have met with me but, did not want to. I am writing this review to make sure this does not happen to you if you are considering using this company. If my Design Consultant did not want to remodel my bathroom, I wish he would have just told me that instead of wasting my time.Review from GWaltz

My father passed away last week. I came back to town to help my sister get his papers in order. She let me know that she was having difficulty getting the tile floor repaired that was contracted on 3/24/2021 by K. Kittle LLC DBA Rebath and Kitchens. There is tile cracking and grout popping out, and the sub floor is soggy. They cut some of the sub floor out and replaced a portion of it, now the remainder of the floor is breaking up. As I looked over the rest of the work that was completed, I found shoddy drywall patching and poor paint prep throughout this project. As I reviewed the contract, I was astounded by what my father paid for this work, or what he was "SOLD". $39,349.00 to remodel 1 small master bath, and a partial remodel of a smaller bathroom. He purchased this mobile home for $32,500 approximately 4 years ago. I have been in the casework, architectural millwork industry for over 42 years. Along with having a successful small residential remodeling business. At full margin I do not see ANYWHERE close to 39K worth of work, and now they won't even fix their tile work, or replace a drawer that they picked up to fix. I know that my father signed the contract, and paid for this poor-quality work, but when does ETHICS come into play? Our Service Manager and Design Consultant have contacted the customer and will have them choose a different flooring option for us to install. We will provide an update once the customer picks flooring and we have a date scheduled.
