      At first I made a complaint with the BBB. But now I'm correcting it. The company got back to me. Alot of this whole thing was a big misunderstanding and communication. All is fixed and worked out. Would I recommend this company...YES definitely. If you are told something you don't understand and ask for a owner to contact you for a better explanation. They will. I will continue to use this company.

      They don't seem to know anything about plumbing. Sold me a hot water heater. Proposal/contract stated 6 yr. Warranty, 2 yrs on labor. heater not functioning, " needs to be replaced ". Company won't honor warranty. Plus they were unable to turn off water leak that continued approx. 72 hrs. now I found a leak that damaged my dry wall. ( resulted from improper attemt to stop previous leak ). Requested "service charge" to come back out and deal with their errors I called another *** to come out. They say that the hot water heater does NOT have to be replaced. Leaks need repair as well as dry wall damage/water damage. Pathetic !!!!

      We appreciate your feedback ************. We did install a new water heater at your home 3 years ago, and we were recently called out because you were having issues with no hot water. We sent our plumbing technician over and he was working with the office and manufacturer to replace your water heater under warranty. This process can take ***** hours to accomplish and I understand you not wanting to wait and calling another company. We are always here to do what's best for our customers and felt replacing the entire water heater under warranty was the best solution. I appreciate the phone conversation we had on Friday August 18, 2023, and we are currently as of August 21, 2023 repairing the water damaged drywall at no charge to you. I am very happy we could do right by you and we are always here if and when you need us. Thank you.

      I recently had a new a/c unit installed by Delta Home Services, ********************************************************************, in October 0f 2021, paying $15,350. After finishing the job, the installer(s) advised that a technician would come out in or around the date of the installation in a year to clean the unit and inspect it for any issues which would require maintenance, at no charge. The first scheduled date time for the inspection was Friday, October 21, 2022 between 12:00pm and 3:00pm. It was after 5:00pm and I received no call from the company or the technician. I then called the company office and was advised by a female, who said she was the office manager. She told me that the technician was returning from another job and would not be able to make it to my residence. She then set up another appointment for October 24, 2022 between 2:00pm and 5:00pm. It was 6:35pm when the technician called and said he would not be able to make it to my residence. The next day I again called the office and again spoke to the manager. She apologized and set another service date for October 25, 2022, between 8:00am and 11:00am. It was now 1:45pm and still had not heard from the company or the technician so I again called the office and spoke with a female who identified herself as ****** (she would not provide me with her last name). I again explained the situation and she told me that because the service was complimentary, they were not obligated to come out. She refused to let me speak to the owner of the company or someone in charge. I then advised that I should hire and attorney and she stated that she could no longer speak with me because I was hiring an attorney. I said that I did not say that, I stated only that I SHOULD hire one. She then terminated the call. The way the company runs its business, by handling situations like this one, is unethical and un-business like.This company has caused me an upswing in my PTSD, anxiety and depression, not to mention over $500.00 in wages lost.

      The service has been terrible our brand new air conditioner under three years old went out at the end of June. At that time they told us it will have it in two weeks, and then they extended it to a month it is now the end of August that was the next deadline that it was supposed to be here the problem I have my husband has with us is that were still under warranty and we suspect that theyre just stalling us when we call the manager to call us back the office downstairs says they have to get to the manager and I would say we have to call out three or four times for them to call us back and play chaos I have a health problem I have an autoimmune disease my husband has a history of a stroke and it was pretty severe five years ago we cannot afford to keep living and sleeping on the couch because that side of the house has air-conditioning just the one that went out is our bedrooms we cant fight with these people anymore theyre just theyre just giving us all kinds of stories I do not believe that for 2 1/2 months our air conditioner is in here because I asked him where is it who is the vendor what is going on no satisfaction whatsoever and Im really sorry I have to go here to you but we have no choice because the same thing happened this morning again my family is due to come out this weekend and theres no air conditioner in any of the bedrooms we spent a fortune on these units. The other thing is in the very beginning I told him it is not cold enough that the air thats coming out isnt cold enough and I know theyre not using Freon but its still not cold enough and they listen and they give me all kinds of stories because they think that were stupid or they take a vantage of us I can tell my husband built the same way. Where are units are constructed there events that are over the windows because the big windows when we had our last system it was plugged in no problem when they came they could just couldnt do it and they told me that I have to knock out wals

      I have had 2 terrible interactions with Delta Home Services!!The technicians have LIED to me and tried to sell me unneeded services and goods, that would have COST me thousands of dollars!On 12/25/20. a Delta tech told me my heat exchanger was cracked and needed to be replaced. He said it would cost me about $4000 dollars plus labor and that I was at risk for carbon monoxide poisoning if I did nothing to replace it.I felt he was acting suspiciously, so I got a second opinion from a different ** contractor, who said there was NOTHING WRONG with my heat exchanger and that it would be ILLEGAL for that tech to have left my home without shutting my whole unit down on the spot< because of the carbon monoxide DANGER!!Because I had a service maintenance agreement with Delta, (probably another way of ripping me off!),they made another service call on4/5/22.Again, I was LIED to!! A different tech from Delta told me my coil on the Air conditioner was faulty and needed to be replaced. The cost would be between $3,500 and$4,500 plus a diagnostic fee of $391 dollars,Because I no longer trusted that company, I again got a second opinion from a local ** contracter. He reported there was NOTHING WRONG with the ** coil!! he did add some freon to my unit to improve functioning at a minimal cost The Delta tech had specifically told me ( ANOTHER LIE) that freon could NOT be added to my unit!!SOOOO, Delta Home Services air conditioning company in *******,**. can NOT be TRUSTED. They have lied to me repeatedly in an effort to sell me parts and services That I did not need! Be Wary!! No stars from me. *****
