date of service: 3/22/23 amount paid: $325 service providing: porcelain tub resurfacing dispute: called for warranty repair (3 year warrantry) a large bubble (seperation) was found on the bottom of the tub in March of 2024 resolution: called buisiness and set up appointment for 3/12/24 between 8:45 and 9:15 am, and they did not show. Called and spoke with *********************** and he said he was driving and would call back, he did not call back. This person **** Hae has done damage to our property. He is not responding to us, been 1 yr. Since that 1yr he has done the same thing to other home owners,see FB reviews.Back story, came to home resurfaced our master shower, it started to peel in a week,contacted him, he committed to repair as he advertises a 5 yr warranty. Never showed up,called,emailed ,texted,waited for him all day, cleared our schedule, no response. Again, we hate to think this is intentional, but we can only assume this as there are newer reviews (ones that took place after us) from other customers with SAME exact stories. Upon digging deeper,he has changed his name in the court. We have killed him with kindness and patience. We seek a refund of the ****** we paid as now that our shower is damaged by him we have to have it stripped and redone. At this time, it is a hazard. It is peeling and bubbling up. Again. We already sent a concern to BBB and you closed it as he didn't respond to you. As you can see there has been 13 complaints since then. How can we lean on you for help. The end result of a shower and shower/tub re-glazing was not to the high quality and standard as set out in the company web site with paint runs, uneven coverage, and fish eye blemishes. In addition, the technician charged $25 more per shower even though the bathroom was gutted of everything but the shower and shower/tub. All in all, it was not the experience of professionalism and quality as marketed on the web site.Initial Complaint

We had All About ***************************** refinish an antique cast iron wash tub. The work was done in February, '21. It included a 5-year warranty. The sink sat, covered, until November, '21 when we had it installed. Upon installation, we noted stains in the bottom. We don't know how stains developed, since the sink was covered the entire time prior to installation. We called and they were friendly and helpful about taking care of it. They set an appointment for the next week. They failed to show up for the appointment. I called every day for a week. No one answered the phone, nor did anyone rerurn my messages. Afer another week, my wife called them from another number, her cell phone. They promptly answered and set up an appointment for the next week. They failed to show up for that appointment. Subsequently, they failed to answer calls from her phone and failed to respond to messages.Also note - the address and phone number you have on file is different from our invoice. Either they moved since your last update or since they did our work. We have ********************************************** and **************.
