I went to one of your locations on 10/1/22 at around 3:30pm in Phoenix, *******, the location at ***** **********, ********************************************************************* the drive thru, the worker asked to see my phone because she said it was easier to scan the app, I handed it to her and she was handing it back to me but I it slipped out of her hands and underneath my car, I couldn't get it due to limited space, she came out and got the phone from off the ground and handed it to me, the phone screen now is damaged and has noticeable lights on the side of line damage, I have a phone case on it and it still works but don't know for how long, the drop was probably about 5 foot drop onto the asphalt, I want the human bean to take responsibility for it and compensate me for the cost of the phone, it is a ****** pixel 5 and up until that drop has been in excellent condition, let me know how you want to proceed with this claim I have already submitted this and got an email response from corporate but they forwarded it to ***** the local owner here in Phoenix, I also emailed and called him but he hasn't reached out at all, can we get a resolution to my claim?That was my 2nd contact to the Human Bean's corporate office and they didn't even respond that time. I would like $400 in financial compensation due to my phone had no cosmetic or screen damage before this incident and after there was significant screen damage after their employee dropped my phone. The Pixel 5 is an $800 phone but I have had it for a while. The Human Bean needs to take responsibilty for their employees actions.
