n July 27, 2021, I paid $5,115.00 USD for furniture that I received a commitment would be shipped in 3 weeks. I have sent SEVERAL email communications and each time I get a commitment that you will be shipping out the furniture. Each time you ask me to reconfirm my address. I have repeatedly asked for a refund of my payment and have consistently been told that the furniture is built and will ship that week. Each time there is NO communication afterwards. My wife reached out last month and you THEN SAID the furniture is BEING BUILT and sent pictures so therefore, the earlier representations over the past 5 months were not truthful. You then committed again that the furniture would be shipped out that week and AGAIN asked for a reconfirmation of our home address for the SIXTH time. To date, no additional communication and no furniture. I have repeatedly asked for my refund or the furniture.I have not wanted to seek legal redress because I was sincerely hopeful that you would meet your commitment and ship the furniture. I dont have any choice but to *** you for my refund, damages and attorneys fees. Unfortunately, this situation will cost you significantly more than the furniture but I have no other choice. I will also begin today to engage in a communications campaign against your company regarding your dishonest business practices, poor reliability and strongly encourage future shoppers to stay away.Here again, I am dismayed at the overall lack of engagement, honesty and communication. Im not happy that I HAVE TO seek legal representation and PAY an attorney to get you to do what you profess to stand for as a company. Unfortunate.
