Paid 50 dollars to diagnosis what was wrong with my computer. I had started before handing over computer that I believed it was the cpu I was having trouble with but had no way of checking. I dropped my computer off with someone at an apartment complex when I was informed he would be dropping it off to someone else. I was told it would be looked at the next day. 7 days pass with 5 days having not heard anything back having left several messages and many calls and texts with no response back. I was beginning to believe I would likely not see my computer again and was hours from filing a police report when low and behold I tracked down another number for the so called "business". It was the person who had my computer thank God. Apparently the other guy was feeling "sick??" and that was the reason for no communication. Retrieved computer and had to drive an hour away to get it. Was only told " it was a bad cpu". Bought a brand new cpu. Installed it. SAME PROBLEM AS BEFORE. I doubt it was even looked at. Contacted him and his response was that he thought a different model would have worked. Its the same exact cpu that was in it originally. I wasnt recommend any model prior to purchasing a new one. Offered absolutely no help after his diagnosis turned out to be inaccurate. STAY AWAY!!!! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!! this is absolutely NOT how to run a business. Terrible. Waste of money. Get your needs taken care of by an actual computer tech that will communicate. Previous business name is Computer EZE LLC.
