Approximately one year ago, I ordered cleanser from Dermatologist's Choice website after receiving a sample via Birchbox, I had the option to have subscribe for auto delivery and I chose a frequency first of monthly. However, after receiving the cleanser, I realize that it was quite larger than anticipated and I attempted to access the website to change the frequency. That is where I ran into trouble. I could not access the website by my credentials, so I attempted to go through the steps of updating my password, but it did not recognize my email address. At first, I thought this meant that I didn't have a subscription, but I got the renewal notification, which was sent directly to my email address. I called and emailed Dermatologist's Choice requesting that the cleanser not be shipped and explaining the issues I was experiencing with accessing the website. I did receive a response, they assured me that the issues with the website were resolved and that although the product had shipped, they would credit my account. They said they would delay further shipments until December so I would have time to access my account and make changes. I continued to have issues with accessing the account. This month, after receiving notifications of a pending shipment, I tried again to access the website and contact the company to cancel the order. Attached are the emails. I also called the company directly at ************, it went straight to voicemail. The other number listed on their website ************ is disconnected. I would like a refund of $38.10, the amount of the product and confirmation that my subscription and account have been closed.
