Sold this company 4 boxes for a total of $109. Upon arrival, they claimed 2 boxes were stained and will only pay me for 2boxes at $30 each. Since I did not take pics of the boxes before shipping, I can't prove it. However, they will not return the 2 boxes. When I e-mailed them to send back, they would not. They told me that they paid for shipping to them, and their policy is not to return the 2. I offered to pay for the return shipping. Bottom line, I got scammed out of $49.Initial Complaint

9/26/23 Fast Cash Strips rcvd 2 boxes of strips & 1 box of lancets (order #*****) from me for $107 + $10 bonus totalling $117 to be paid via cashapp to me ($jujumaru). They SHORTED me $25 (paying ONLY $92) claiming the 2 strips boxes were dented. 9/27/23 I sent VIDEO I took (too big to attach, but can take screenshots if needed) *BEFORE* SHIPPING SHOWING/PROVING HOW they were PACKED, that they were NOT DENTED, & that it was IMPOSSIBLE for them to even BE damaged in the areas they claim, due to placement & padding in the box. **** (mgr) was angry at me 9/26 b/c I made a cashapp request (upon **** notifying me of ******** ****** DENIED it BEFORE paying me (which they'd NOT done prior), & I called to complain. I want my $25 balance b/c they obviously did the damage themselves to STIFF me while KNOWING they can still sell dented boxes for the FULL PRICE.Initial Complaint

Approximately 2-4 weeks prior to this transaction their web site (https://www.fastcashstrips.com /get-quote/) stated they were temporarily not accepting the type of pods I offered. Then on 11/16/22 when I checked again, website states they were accepting again. So I submitted my request. The request was accepted, a packing slip and shipping label were generated and emailed to me. I placed items in ******** mail on or about 11/20/22. The packaged was received by merchant 11/28/22. On 11/29/22 I received partial payment of $30 out of an agreed $390. I called to inquire about mishap 11/29/22. I am told they are no longer accepting the pods they received from me. Therefore my shipment was not received as viable. Receptionist states that is noted on the order form they are not accepting the pods I was selling. I tell her it is not. I ask them to either make payment as agreed or return my merchandise. She stated I waited too long to mail items as new reason for denial. I challenge her logic saying if you keep changing whether accept or not accept an item, you must accept those you have already agreed to accept. Otherwise, its bait and switch allowing them to claim a consumers merchandise which is theft. She states they cannot return items nor will they make payment. I "debate" with receptionist further to no avail. I ask for supervisor. I am told they are in meeting and unavailable. I am given of first name of owner as ****** or ***. Ironically now, since I have called them, their system will not reset my password so I am unable to log into their site. Maybe just a coincidence, maybe not.Initial Complaint

The issue occurred on Jan 9, 2022.I was not paid in full for this order. I was supposed to be paid $130.01 and was only paid $119. FAST CASH STRIPS has a remaining balance owed. This company uses deceitful business practices.
