On 4-29-2022 we entered into a contract and a bank check for $1,8*5.00 which is half the amount down for a security/screen door for the back entry way. We called **** in early spring of 2023 and he said he would come out and needed to remeasure for the door. **** asked what type of locks we had if they were kiwkset or Schlage on the door. We have ******* already and told him that is what we wanted. **** said the door would be extra special and said the door would be done in June 2023, but had a hard time obtaining employees. June 2023 came and no door as of this time. No materials and no security door on our property from H34303631383*34303038H, and no refund. After trying to contact **** by his business phone number **************, and we left many messages without a return call. I e-mailed his Business e-mail, and Texted his cell phone number ************** a few times but did not get any response. Then on 11-6-2023 I called his cell phone again and **** answered. **** told me times are tough and that he would not be able to do the security door as he has colon cancer. **** asked that if he could give us a refund in installments. We have given Mark * days but have seen no refund and have not heard from ****.

Mark installef sunscreens for us to the tune of almost $3000. We have an issue with 2 windows which we asked him to come see. He went off at me and was verbally abusive threatening to sue me if I reported an issue, tried to goad me into a $1000 bet that if he came here it would be to see egg on my face cause he knew nothing was wrong. Also said gas was too expensive and last asked if I would pay for his time if he found nothing wrong. This was the first time I ever reached out, the job was done several months ago. He never showed up.

First I have to say that i will not work with this vendor again ever and will not let him on our property again

His entire letter here is not based on actual facts of the occurrence of the call requesting him to come to the property to look at something that we felt was not right.

It had nothing to do with the first "corrections" he says he made which he did on one of the 3 or 4 visits it took for him to install the screens and the additional screen we ordered were left off the first order

this was our first call to mark to ask him to come to the house cause we had an question about 3 windows and the was the water was running down the windows which was not water that that was coming thru the screens. we felt that they might not be attached enough at the top on those windows cause it was an intermittent thing

what it took for him to come was this letter to the BBB; he was aggressive and nasty when we made our call to him and because of that we said that if he would not stand behind his product we would write a review on yelp and he threatened to sue for defamation

several days later he said he would come; yes he brought a technician who input nothing to the visit; he did not look at the screens or climb on the ladder which we asked mark to do

his version of the initial call is not the same as ours and yes we demand he get off the property as it did not take long for him to take the same demeanor that he did on the phone

Not sure why he thinks he can make this our fault but at this point it is irrelevant as we will deal with it our own way and do not want to ever deal with him again

      *******************************************
      Good afternoon ****,

Here is video footage of the meeting that I had with Mr. And Mrs. ****** on Monday the 20th. You will see how I try to reason with them and explain to him how rain can be forced through the screen material and onto the glass. I did what I could. I was trying to help them. I went up on the ladder. I looked at the top of the screen to make sure it was attached correctly which it was. The clips were tight. I also discovered that there was a tannish residue on the top of the screen that looked exactly the same color as their paint on the walls of their house. It was on the entire surface of the screen frame. So I suggested that we have an inspector come out there from the register of contractors and look at the situation and explain to them that I did my work in a craftsman like manner and it wasn't my fault. Now I wanted to correct this problem for them. I simply taking the screen off and washing the window for them, but I was concerned that they would insist that I do it every single time. The windows got wet or got some of that paint residue on them. So please share your thoughts with me. I'm not sure what else to do at this point with these people.
      Kind regards, Mark C*****
