We had a new roof installed September/ October last year. At the beginning of September this year, in the last storm we noticed leaking inside our physical home in 2 places. I videotaped the leaking as the storm was occurring. I contacted **** Rabbit the next day. We are now over 1 month passed the time and still no one is showing up and now they are not returning calls/ texts. We cant go anymore with neglect to work done.Initial Complaint

I contracted with Jack Rabbit Construction to perform some remodeling projects, mainly replacing my kitchen, and re-doing my master bath and hall bathroom, due to water leaks. They were working on my house until July, 2022, when they just quit. I couldn't get any response from the "*******", *********************, or the owner, *************************. I had paid for the work and the items to be replaced, and they just stopped. The work is approx 80% done but I can't get them to complete the rest! Jack Rabbit Construction and the customer, ***********************, have had conflicting schedules delaying the completion date. Both the customer and the ******************** company have agreed on specific dates in the month of June to finish ******************* project. The project completion is scheduled for the end of June and the dates were coordinated together to satisfy both the construction company and the customer.Initial Complaint

Paid this company to complete a bathroom renovation. Paid them up front for labor and materials. Didnt complete the job and the bathroom is out of use. Company not answering phones. This company is performing elderly abuse on my mother.Business response

To whom this may concern:
We would appreciate receiving more information and specifics from the homeowner regarding this complaint. The kitchen, we know for a fact, is missing a custom made cabinet which the color is has not been available and it will be difficult to be done with different materials. It will not match or be up to our company's standards. The only solution will be to install a filler in the small space remaining which it was intended for in the original design.
In regards to the hall bathroom, from my understanding everything has been completed and she was satisfied with everything related to this bathroom. The mirror was not installed nor part of our agreement/contract. However, if she had the correct mirror she chose herself to order and we were on site, we would be more than happy to install it. However, every time on site, the mirror was the wrong size, wrong style, or she did not love the mirror she chose nor had the correct mirror yet.
Regarding the master bathroom, it was the homeowners timing and products availability and our schedule's availability. That is the most important part. The materials we were responsible for were delivered on site, and this being a change order, this project must fit within our schedule and not only when convenient for the homeowner.
One of the major issues with this project and the length of waiting was the color of the cabinets selected by the homeowner. We always finish projects in a timely manner, unfortunately, the distributor being Highland Cabinetry, had the espresso color cabinets on back order as that was what the homeowner had asked for. The quality of the cabinets are above standard compared to other local distributors. We always notify the homeowners regarding problems with the products they chose and give different options for colors and style if they want the work to be performed sooner.
