      Five stars are not enough. I have been looking for A month now and luckily, we found Cartpros Online, browsed on the website found the Carts manual, placed the order, and received the confirmation via e-mail, and the order shipped fast. They were honest and transparent throughout the whole process. I definitely recommend and come back to purchase more parts for my Golf car. Thanks.

      They have been very helpful in the past 3 years. January of this year I contacted them for some help. They responded a few times and then nothing. I've emailed multipol times, called and left messages many times. I can't even sign in to my account anymore. I get the response my password or username is incorrect. Then when I requested a new password it says to look in my email for a new passcode that never shows up. Are they out of business? I'm very disappointed with them right now.

      Purchased parts for our entire fleet of vehicles. Everything shipped same day and tracking numbers were provided. It took me several calls to other businesses we used to work with and no one could find these parts. We're grateful CartPros carried this parts and promptly took care of our needs. Will be back again on behalf of the company I work for.

      Ordered a product from this company and received an email that the order was being processed on 12/27/23. I called the following day to inquire about delivery date and was told at that time that the product was"out of stock" and thought production would not begin until the following month. I told the representative that I no longer wanted the product and to credit back the amount that was deducted from my Chase credit card. The representative said that I would have to send an email stating that I wanted to cancel the transaction. I have sent two emails asking for a credit to my account and have not gotten a response from this company.

      Hi *******,When you initially placed your order, your requested part was out of stock at the moment to which our site showed "ships in ***** days". We had contacted you with two separate emails to let you know that the speed switch assembly was backordered and had given a time frame to when it would arrive from our supplier. We made an attempt to call and had left a voicemail message about the delay. When you emailed back and requested to cancel the order we had refunded your money and apologized for the inconvenience. Would you be so kind as to remove this negative review? Unfortunately we couldn't control the part being backordered but were happy to resolve the issue by refunding you in a timely manner per your request.We try our best to help each and every customer to the fullest extent as customer service is our top priority. Hopefully we can resolve this issue and you can still consider us in the future for any golf cart related parts as we are more than happy to assist you.       No communications since order was place, but did not waste time processing my credit card. I have emailed and called numerous times with no response. Would not give this company any stars- stay away from it.

We had sent you several emails to which may have went into your spam folder showing the estimated ETA on the part arrival as well as leaving you a voicemail on 2/22 (the same day you left this review). When you emailed us back requesting a cancellation and refund, we processed your refund quickly. I sincerely apologize for any miscommunication and for any bad experience that you encountered. We certainly aim to please and customer service is of utmost importance to us. Moving forward, you are more than welcome to email us for parts availability first before placing an order at **************************** I hope you can perhaps remove this negative review as the part being out of stock was out of our control to which we had communicated with you about and then processed your refund request.
