Gel pedicure and gel manicure booked for 11am on 3/6/2022, technicians were ***** and B. Both ***** and B did not complete the service by failing to pushback and trim my cuticles on fingers and toes. ***** cut the underneath of my nail when cleaning them. She also tried to paint my nails with old polish that appeared to have sand like granules. ***** did not properly follow the techniques to complete a particular polish request. B did not provide the 15min of massage as service stated. I contacted Tao the manager to fix the nails, he scheduled me for 3/7 at 630pm. Upon arrival Rose refused to fix my toe and finger nail polish. She stated that I could come back 3/8 at 630pm and 2 technicians will work on me. However, she refused to put me on the books. I requested a refund and she refused. Rose told me I needed to call 3/8 in the morning and request Tao the manager. I called approx 10am, calling twice from my personal phone with no answer. I called from my work phone and Rose answered. Rose refused to let me speak with Tao, refused to reschedule me to get my cuticles trimmed and nail polish corrected. Refund was also refused. I paid $98 cash for just the service.
