I ordered a can of oilspotgone on 10/1 2/22 (order # ****) to remove an oil spot on my driveway. The provider offers a refund if the product does not work. The product did not remove ************ so I contact the vendor to seek a refund on 10/25/22. The person said that I should mail back the product and that she would send me a label but that did not happen. About a week later I called and left a voice mail as nobody was answering the phone. There was no response to that voicemail. I called again on 11/10/22 and left a voicemail asking for a callback. So far I have had no response.I made this purchase because there was little risk in trying the product. I am only asking that they hold up their end of the deal.Thanks!Business response

According to our return policy, customer mails back their item at their expense for a full refund. our return policy can be found at https://oilspotsgone.com/terms-conditions/
as of to date we have not received the return.
Our Return policy states: "All returns must be sent in original packaging. All returns must be shipped at the customers expense but can be shipped using the customers choice of carrier. *** Spots Gone is not responsible for damages resulting from return shipment by the customer. It is the customers responsibility to ensure all packages returned to us."
In addition, to our full money back guarantee, we offer an additional $10.00 for trying oil spots gone. which states: "If it didnt work for you, return the can, we will refund all your money and we will send you $10.00 just for trying our product"

Better Business Bureau:
Regardless of what the vendor says, I got a different story for the first time I called and spoke to someone. I was told I would get a shipping label was waiting for it. (They asked for my e-mail address instead of saying send it back at your expense.) Follow-up phone calls/voicemails were not responded to so I wasn't sure what they expected me to do. I received an e-mail today saying they would refund the $24.90 and I am fine with that. I do not need their $10 for trying the product.I did check my credit card and the refund has not been posted so,... hope to see that in the next couple of days.
