      Pet Smart **************** (Grooming Only) was/is Atrocious. I will never recommend their grooming services, they do a poor job at best and they are just all nasty women who talk down to you and you can tell they hate their job. Just wanted to highlight my most recent expeirience after taking my dog here since he was born (4years) and let people know what to expect when using this PetSmart but sprecificaly this location in *****************, ********. They are all stuck up, condenseding unhappy individuals and even over the past 4 years there was always some type of customer service issues at their expense. Overall, F*ck Petsmart and their stupid ladies running the grooming department, I hope they lose their jobs and I hope people boycott Petsmart to put them out of business for their s***** service and overpriced products.

      Folsom Dog camp! My dogs(2- sibs) are 4 yrs, they have been going since 6 mnths not a problem they loved it . Went 4 to 6 times a year ********** *********** dropped off Merry. Signed new contract. They took her into camp. up dated vaccinations, asked if I could update both. Pulled up ******* & handed ******* my phone. She looked at his profile picture & asked the breed. I told her ******************** Staff, but they are mutts. What is Catahoula? I explained they are mixed. She said my dog is not aloud in grp play because of her bully breed, that it has always been Petsmart policy brought out an 11 x 18 laminated sht w/ Am. Staff dogs pixs w/ the heading Breeds Not Allowed in Group Play handed it to me walked out went over to the Day Camp, pulled Merry & shoved her in a Kennel. Because of the photo of her brother.Said Merry cant mix w/ the other ********** was heartbroken but to bad Merry can have 1 on 1 time, x 2 for 15 minutes during the day & the rest of the time she would have to be kenneled. I asked to speak w/ mngr (****), my husband was going to take a pic of the laminated sht, he told him No, that was private company information! ******* grabbed it & put it back in the office. I told ****, that when I setup appt. I was not told this, or asked & it has never been an issue in the past, that when I just signed the contract I was not told of this rule. That it is not posted anywhere for people to see. He stated it is on the website I told him I am not looking at the website site when I am physically coming in the store. It took my husband, ************* 5 minutes to locate it. It is well hidden.Under Day ********** playtime requirements it is the 3rd sentence The header does not give you a clue that it is talking about dog breeds. Reading a *************** article from 2014ish that it has to be 50% of the breed. My dog was removed based on pic of her brother that was at the vets!!I filed a complaint with a CS - *** on the phone.

      RIP OFF COMPANY- WILL NOT RETURN MONEY AND OR STEALS CONTINUALLY CHARGES FROM DEAD ACCOUNTS (NON ACTIVE) REMOVES MONEY FROM BANKS WITHOUT NOTICE.--- THEY NEED SHUT DOWN AND CRIMINALLY CHARGED FOR THEFT AND FRAUD.

      Beware of the auto ship service;! PetSmart does not feel accountable for what they offer. There is a fine print somewhere not visible that it is a $35 % discount up to $20. I made a big purchase of over $300 considering that discount. I was and still am going thru financial hardship and thought it was a good decision. PetSmart destroyed my budget. It was supposed to e over a $100 discount which was a lot of money for me . Also at that time there was a 20%discount in their website which was not applied to my order and part of the order was not delivered by an impatient delivery guy. I had to call to get the rest on my order, get the $20 discount and complain about the auto ship discount. I was given a consolation discount of a 25 % instead . Do not trust them. You will not get what is offered.

      Online shopping and customer service is a joke and unhelpful. Im a **** member according to their new membership program. Ive spent so much at Petsmart I was automatically the highest member after the swap. Their hidden terms and conditions/exclusions on site with promotions and shipping is absolutely ridiculous and takes advantage of the consumer. Ive been charged shipping for over a year even with spending $49+ on every order. The first transaction I was concerned about shipping cost was $22.99 which I didnt select, apparently they cant go back further than 6 months in system which seems like a lie in order to check that transaction and give me a refund. I was charged almost $120 in shipping I shouldnt have paid. According to Petsmart they have exclusions on shipping cost being refunded as I ordered canned wet food and that doesnt include free shipping. Why? Thats the most ridiculous thing Ive ever heard. I looked back at my orders the few I can see before the initial start to being charged shipping and Ive placed orders with wet food cans before not including shipping. Is this a new policy? So they change membership status making consumer think theyre saving money and being regarded for loyalty then hinder them with hidden exclusions and fees for something that it shouldnt be. Yet another company not caring for animal welfare and only out for profit. Such greed its disgusting. I purchase online so I can afford my cats foods with ****** pay in 4 option or affirm since the health care system is also horrible for pets and even with insurance I have a lot of vet bills to worry about. This payment method helps me stay afloat but not if they charge me shipping. **************** over the phone told me I was refunded shipping on every transaction I was concerned about never explaining the wet food exclusion. Then all of a sudden email customer service clarifies this and tells me I paid for shipping accordingly. Petsmart should be ashamed of themselves.

      The grooming staff is rude. I took my dog to get a bath and paid $15 extra for nail filing and his nails was not done properly. I told the associate and she asked like she didn't care. His feet was still wet and his tail. I told her that he was not dry and she stated it's tge bottom of his feet. I replied that makes it worse when all the hair on the flood is going to be stuck ti his feet which is nasty. She still didn't care.. no apologies or nothing. I ask for the manager who came to see what was wrong and then gets upset because I asked for a refund. I will never visit this petsmart again. Don't recommend at all.

      I have been a loyal customer with ********************** for the past 5 years. However, recently Ive been having issues with the grooming. When I tried speaking to the manager to resolve the issues, I was told my dog could no longer be groomed by pet smart. When I indicated that I would leave a review the manager said be careful what you say. I will not be returning to pet smart, not even to purchase wet food, dry food, etc.

      I placed an online order at petsmart.com. I selected buy 10, get 2 free on two items of cat food (totalling 24, with 4 free). The other items was spend $25 on a particular brand and get $5, so I also selected this. When the sales did not come up correctly on my receipt, I contacted customer service who told me to place the order and once it was placed the receipt could correct. It did not happen. I contacted customer service on FB and they did nothing. I contacted online customer service again at ********************** and they sent me two emails, neither one even addressed the issue, leaving the payment to be drafted out of my ****** account. I alerted ****** at first that the amount they were charging me was incorrect. When Petsmart did nothing at all, I contacted the store where I was going to pick up the items, and spoke to the manager. I told her I would NOT be coming to pick up the order. She told me no charges are drafted until you pick up. TODAY it was drafted from my checking account. This has been nothing but lies. ****** customer service, false advertising and a lot of wasted time AND still out $60.92 after I never even got the order. I am sorry I have to give this place one star but there is no option for ZERO.

      I went here Wolfcreek Pkwy petsmart...And ******* refused to sell me 10 goldfish...Another lady was attempting to sell them to me until ******* ***** me say can I get them in individual bags...Then ******* asked what are you needing these fish for...I stated I don't have to answer why I am purchasing something...The Manager name **** came over to the situation and stated it's in writing that they can refuse to sell to me without reasons...And I asked him to show that in writing but he couldn't...So instead of the goldfish I tried to purchase 3 beta fish..A guy in front of me purchased 2 but when I got to the register I was refused the betas ******* refused to sell to me...Stating I don't have 3 filtered tanks in my house and I don't know her from a can of paint and Ivtold her...You don'tknow what I have in my house...I feel like I was being profiled...I have videos of the encounter...As much money as I spend on Purina Pro Plan dog food..Just to be treated like this is UNACCEPTABLE
