I had the unfortunate experience of working with this company. They left a card in my driveway and i thought i would give them a try. From the get go, the owner *****, was erratic and strange. Most pool guys I have worked with over the years are a little quirky so i wasnt that concerned about it as long as he did good work. However, after just 2 months of service i had to fire him and cancel service. He had made severeal off putting comments about money and success that made me feel like he was just looking for reasons to spend my money. Initially i agreed to pay $175 a month for service plus chemicals which was noticably higher than i had paid in the past. My first bill was over $200 and the second bill was almost $400 and we havent even hit summer yet. He told me my cleaner wasnt working correctly and that i should take it to *******, which i did. ******* said it could use a couple parts and i paid the $120 for the repair. The next week, ***** came back and said, "I didnt like the way the cleaner was working so i took it back to leslies for you" and then tried to billl me for another $130 worth of 'repairs' to the cleaner that i had just repaired. I tried to poitely terminate service with him and he has never returned my cleaner and its been over a week. He wont return my calls or texts. This guys should not be in business. I have attached text receipts and photos as well. I just want my pool vacuum back in working condition and i will give him back his 'loaner' vacuum that he left behind.Business response

Customer has his cleaner and still has not paid, he is a liar and a thief. He has a very distorted perception of reality.
