I have a screenshot of the Miko robot return and refunds policy. As my daughter does not want the Miko robot. We have all the original packaging, and it is in perfect condition.Ive spoken and forth on the phone with their customer service line. They keep telling me that the policy only accepts returns if there is a manufacturing defect. There is not that I know of. However the Miko ai website doesnt mention this Stipulation anywhere about a return. If that was the case, I wouldnt have purchased Miko from their company.Business response

I ordered a Miko product Oct 16, 2021 before Black Friday. Once ordered, my debit card was immediately compromised, and I had multiple charges (19) taken from my checking account starting on Oct. 16. I disputed and new debit card issued. Miko was the only suspicious company I had ordered from at that time. I contacted through email and they did reach out. Nothing was resolved other than by my bank. I then waited for product to arrive. Was told would before Black Friday. I did not receive after many emails until two months later. I decided that I was not happy and very suspicious at this point in time, and no longer wanted item. I asked to return around Dec 17,2021. I have been asking about every 3 days. They keep replying they have to send a return label. They keep telling me to be patient. All I need is an email with a return label. I feel they are waiting so that I will not be able to return due to return policy not being met. I do not trust the company, and just want my money back. #Miko37762 order number. ********************************* ******************************************Business response

The product was sold with a 30 day return policy called out on the website, however their policy for return management is to not respond to requests and then to say to say they are out of time for processing and / or site that they have to meet certain requirements. The products didnt work (received 2), they are in direct violation of California Privacy Act for consumers (we could not wipe our childrens faces from the database) and they lack any authenticity in support. I can afford to lose $400 on a bad purchase. I dont want to, but I can afford to thankfully. I know others cant. This was my childrens Santa gift this year we basically told them Santa got duped. Please help to make sure others dont lose out on their hard earned money!Business response
