Zero minus. We had a flood and went through insurance. Long story short we finally after four months decided to go with Silvercity Restoration. ********************* crew chief came by told us all kind of things. We could pick our cabinets, drywall people the dry wall person was very sloppy, got spray on the good walls, all over. I had to paint they affected was because of the spray. Very unprofessional. We picked out the kitchen cabinets from a local store and ****** stated they will ***********-8 weeks to come in Our company has these cabinet the shaker style. Ugh he brought over two samples. We picked one sample to be told they didnt have that one. So I went out to look around we were going on vacation end of November, and ****** convinced us to go with the one he had. They get the supply from a mass supply company. One week they said, there was an error so make it the next week. The crew showed up on 11/14/23 . The measurements were wrong. The bottom cabinets the doors were wrong and we were told they didnt have the other, they were out of the other one door type. Without calling us to see if it was ok to bring the two door bottom cabinets they brought them and installed them . So the doors on top and the bottom do not match.. The sing side they put all drawers inside of what we had one drawer and a cabinet. I am so upset. We have been out of a sink for four months, we have been out of a master vanity for four months. One bathroom to wash dishes in. I came home from working today and started crying. We have been living in shambles for four months and thought we finally found a good company, good reviews ect. And they messed up terribly. I dont know how you can help us. But this company should only get a zero.

Toward the end of February 2022, I noticed water damage on the ceiling of my kitchen, which is located directly below my master bathroom. The water line connected to the toilet was leaking at the fixture which created quite a bit of damage just inside of the wall as well. I was referred to Silver City by my insurance agent after receiving terrible service and aggression from another company (Ive left a much different review for that company). I am so thankful that my experience with ******************* and Silver City was the complete opposite! **** was so helpful and patient. He took the time to answer all of the questions I had and ensured me of the specific dates and times that the work would be completed after the contract was signed. Its so rare to find both good customer service and quality work nowadays but I am glad to say that Silver City delivered both. Great job!

In April 2020, I had a plumbing issue that destroyed the majority of the flooring in my house. My insurance company referred me to Silver City for repairs/restoration. I don't have much to complain about regarding the initial service, other than the usual annoying delays and no- shows requiring me to stay in a hotel for 2 months. However, in less than a year the carpet in the master bedroom began buckling. I immediately called and asked for someone to come out and repair it as I was told that I had to to a year to report any issues. I called 3 times, left 3 different messages and was told someone would contact me. NOTHING! I even called the contractor (who was surprised to hear from me - probably forgot he gave me his business card) and was told the same thing. Again, nothing. I'm disgusted that nothing has been done to fix what they screwed up in the first place. Don't use this company!!!
