Air Fryer worked for approx 3 months. It was a house warming gift. **************** is a JOKE. I asked them for a list of everything I need to get this replacement shipped to these people and they kept asking me for the items in stages. First they wanted proof of purchase. Sent that. Then they wanted Serial Number of item, and i sent that, Then they wanted a Picture of the serial number, and i drove back over there and got that and sent it to them. After that they NOW requested a picture of it NOT working??? How you do that is beyond me but i sent them pics. Then they wanted Pics of the machine plugged in and not working. Sent pics of it plugged into 3 different spots. Each time I had to waste gas to drive over there to get the items they kept asking for and NOW they want a pic of the item with the cord cut. I am wasting so much time and money on gas getting them their stupid requests, that I could have just gone and bought a new one. DONT buy these products.Review from Shel P

I specifically looked up this company because it said made in ***. They use false advertising. I'm so disgusted. I sent email to company and (Parja) lead customer care Sent email backend said they never falsely advertise. The design was made in *** but put together in F***** *****!!!. Sorry for the confusion. False advertising! The name GoWISE USA is part of Ming's *******************. I bought an air fryer oven on Amazon and when it arrived, the box is marked MADE IN *****.This is from their website.**********************************. is an international wholesaling and trading company.
