This in regards to complaint #******** After filing my taxes value tax arizona overcharged me for service and not disclosing price unwilling to say until after papers were signed i was not the only one that had taxes done with errors that were not relayed back to us they signed without my approval and took additional money that we were supposed to receive saying the stimulus we had received was supposed to be payed back i verifed this with several another tax offices and they all said that's false and what they did was completely wrong i have also notified irs what value tax arizona office has doneInitial Complaint

The business in question reportedly made mistakes filing my taxes and over charged for services and fees that weren't disclosed til after they were charged i was told that id be charged addition money that I was initially was supposed to receive to be takenBusiness response

To whom it may concern,
Good afternoon *******************. Im ***************************** Co owner of the Value *********** in Phoenix, Arizona. Yesterday, 04/05/2022 we received a compliant letter from your office for a gentleman named ***************************.
We immediately went to our files to look into this matter. Please note that our records show that ****************** came into our location at **** S. 16th street, suite 145, Phoenix, AZ on 02/05/2022. When he came into our office, he presented us with his documents to get an estimate on filing his taxes. According to our records ****************** decided not to file his taxes once he received his quote from our tax preparer. We did not charge ****************** any fees and we did not upload his files to the *** to complete any filing on his behalf. This claim is incorrect as these actions that he refers to in the complaint of (making a mistake, over charging and fees that werent disclosed) are not true.
Please let me know if any further proof is needed from our office.
