After a flood in our kitchen, Get Right Mitigation installed the new flooring we had purchased but did not level the subfloor first. Consequently, the flooring buckled and we had to rip it out, buy new flooring, and have it reinstalled. The total cost for this was $3,110.97. We have tried repeatedly to contact Get Right but have not received an answer.Business response

Good Morning,
Please see the attached contact information for the flooring contractor that Mr. and ***************** requested themselves to "Fix" the flooring issues that they stated they had when Get Right Mitigation was finished with the floor. As they chose another company themselves to have the flooring worked on after we completed our work the warranty of any flooring issues would be carried by the contractor to last touch the project via the insured choosing them. Get Right Mitigation cannot be held responsible for work not done by our company especially when the insured is the one who chose the individual who was paid to "fix" the issues. Thank you for your time and I hope that this helps resolve this issue.

The reason we went with another contractor to fix the floor is that we never received any action from Get Right even after repeated attempts to contact them come and inspect the floor.Business response

False, I was in contact and can pull all records of my communications. We tried to schedule a appointment on several occasions. Also we have no warranty on the floor l. We already paid them back for their own flooring contractor to reinstall flooring once. Get Right has no liability or warranty after that.Customer response

The fact that it took Get Right six months to respond to my last complaint is indicative of their "timely" response. However, I am tired of the back and forth and grudgingly consider the case closed.
