AZ Locals Beware!Do not use ***************** at Coles Elite Concrete. Do not trust this company and company owner. I've never left a bad review in my life but as a small business owner myself I know how much it effects a community with 1 small bad apple. I have made multiple attempts for him to come fix a large job he poured to make it right but he ignored every call and text. I hired him and paid him for the concrete and gate (which wasn't cheap) in December and this job didn't get poured till the end of February 2022. He made multiple excuses of why he couldn't pour in between that time, but since we already paid him we stuck with him and were patient. He left multiple things unfinished and his craftsmanship on the concrete is so uneven you can feel it ****** totter when driving. Multiple Cracks are already starting to form- the corner of the concrete entrance cracked and he tried to cover it up. He left a mess, cleaned out his concrete buckets on my grass and left them to ****** for me to clean up. Left all his wood forms as well. This job unfortunately would have to be demoed out and repoured which is costing me more at the end of all of this. I would never use this company again. Hes a laborer for a concrete company and does side work on his own-all the pictures he posts are not his work! Update- after posting a bad review on a local ******** page there were multiple people that spoke up about their jobs he did and they were also not happy. He didnt return their calls either.
