1) Date of Transaction: February 9, ******) Amount paid: $380 3) What Safari Plumbing committed to provide: installation of Badger 5 Garbage Disposal with a three-year warranty. 4) Nature of Dispute: Badger 5 Garbage Disposal broke on January 10, 2022. Calls were made to Safari Plumbing for warranty service on January 12 and January 17. Phones not answered by Safari Plumbing so detailed messages were left. Also, using the Safari Plumbing website messages were sent online for warranty service on January 14 and January 20. Safari Plumbing has NOT responded to any of these requests.5) Has Safari Plumbing tried to resolve this problem: No 6) Account order tracking: Invoice # - **** dated February 9, 2021. the technician was ******.
