So i made my purchase within 2 months ago i actually made it in june for a 3 inch drop tortion key ive called twice and both times theyve told me they were out and they were waiting on another shipment so i ley it go but both times they told me to waitan other month so its been 2 months and still no product or anyone calling me back to tell me whats going on my truck has been sitting colevting rust for 2 months now waiting on this product and im considering a refund and to have a machine shop just meke me a set of custom ones because itd be better than waiting 2 months on a part i paid over 100 bucks for.Business response

I'm sorry you felt you had to go to the BBB to resolve this. Yes we are still waiting for these but if you would like to cancel and get a refund that is not a problem, all you had to do was ask and we would refund you that day. I will get your order cancelled and refunded right now. Sorry for the inconvenience.

I ordered a suspension system for my car on 06/06/2023. It was paid for at the time of order in the amount of $1634.79. I heard nothing from them, did not even send me a reciept. I called them in July, date unknow, and was told i would have it in 2-3 weeks. Still did not send me an invoice even though I corrected my email address. Called again in August and was told it would be a couple more weeks. Called on 09/20/2023 and was told they'd never done this particular build but would have it in 2 **** weeks. Corrected my email address yet again and finally got an invoice. It is now 11/20/2023, 2 MONTHS after the last assurance of 2**** weeks. I tried to call them today, but got phone company messages that both the 800 number and the cell number on the website were no longer available. I have mobility issues and this was to support my vehicle so that I could carry my mobility scooter. I have given them nearly 6 months to get this kit ready but they can't seem to be bothered with it, or maybe they've gone out of business due to unfulfilled orders and lack of customer service.Business response

Yes we did have an issue in our manufacturing department but we got it straightened out. This order for ****************** is now complete and shipping today, we went ahead and upgraded the shipping to 2 day air. The tracking numbers are ************ and ************.Initial Complaint

I've contacted them over and over they answered twice since I've paid for my product and it's was supposedly shipped last week and I can't get in touch with no one there I stayed on the phone for hours all this week. I either want my money back or my parts but I'd prefer my money backBusiness response

We have been in communication with you about the delay and the backorder on your compressors.
I emailed you confirmation that your order will be on its way to you today, and that the warehouse was unsure if we should wait for the compressors until tomorrow or make two shipments. There will be multiple shipments to get your order on the way.
