I had issues at first with install and parts leaking but customer service not only went above an beyond with their warranty but they were quick to answer needs an concerns to make sure it was working amazing for me. Very comfy shower/bath system

Had the steam shower since ************,been in it every day,my wife and i really enjoy our maya bath.

DISHONEST / DECEITFUL + WORST COMPANY EVER!!! STAY AWAY FROM MAYA BATH!!!Imagine spending around $10K U$D or so for what I thoughtd be the coolest thing in my master bathroom + another $5K in plumbing / electrical / assembly / installation fees = $15K (out the window). Now imagine the key feature as to why we purchased this steam ******* NOT working. Welcome to my world. I purchased their most expensive steam shower jacuzzi with what they call a Digital LCD TV so we assumed there wouldnt be any issues seeing our ******* shows while soaking it up, right? Wrong!I contacted ******* & was told the reason the app is not supported on this TV is solely because this specific monitor is non-compliant. By non-compliant ******* means a fee must be paid by this particular manufacturer for ******* to allow its content to viewed or played on this device. In other words, content is being purposely blocked by ******* due to non-payment of said fee. Thats what the tvq-pb-101 (1.10.5005) error message means.Worse thing is same problem w/ Hulu & other apps weve tried. WHO AT MAYA BATH APPROVED THIS BAD EXCUSE OF A MONITOR??? Its supposed to be a smart monitor. Its supposed to play content. Its neither nor. Ive requested numerous times for monitor to be replaced for a CERTIFIED monitor that actually plays content.For a $15K investment on whats supposed to be Mayas flagship unit, I would expect a CERTIFIED monitor that could actually play content. Now an over-priced jacuzzi sits without any use to us whatsoever. Havent used it since first day of install. So yes, were extremely disappointed with these results. & to make matters worse, theyve flat out refused & have ignored my e-mail requesting monitor replacement. Will be seeking an attorney to review my case for what I believe is clearly false advertisement on Mayas behalf. I feel totally DUPED / SCAMMED by Maya Bath. STAY AWAY FROM THIS DISHONEST / DECEITFUL COMPANY!

Good company to work with. They helped me with installation instructions and troubleshooting for the Valencia model. Been using it a few times since and it has been performing nicely. Good people to work with.

Enjoying my new steam shower. Has a lot of great features which make my showers feel great. Especially like the steam functions. Good company.

Bought a steam shower off of Houzz from Maya Bath and very satisfied with the purchase. The buying process was very easy and the delivery was a breeze. I hired a professional to do the installation and with the instructions and help from Maya Bath, the install went very smoothly. Overall great experience and the shower has been fantastic since.

I bought the Maya ***** WG-U697.A wonderful shower. As well as an awesome steam shower ans Jacuzzi which are top-notch. The representative have been extremely helpful as well as their tech-support for questions that I had. Happy with my purchase. **************

We have the Sienna model and I really do enjoy it! I love the steam component! The bathtub sizes inside for two to be side-by-side are very tight. Just be aware of that. I wish I wouldve known I wouldve gotten a different model.We have had our model 2 years now.

I had the Sienna Tub Steam shower combo. Worst product ever. Does not last.. I wish I could post pictures. Broken parts terrible customer service. Lifetime warranty is pointless.. shower door glass broke due to the roller breaking.. sure the parts were free but shipping was over $400. Control panel inside had to be replaced. The water never completely drains, we just took ours out of the house and the amount of water left in the hoses dumped water everywhere. The shower has not been used in over week, we were drying it out to hopefully caulk where it leaks but it was at the connection not where it can be caulked. Luckily we have another bathroom to take a shower. After removing the tub the floor jets were cracking underneath the tub. Black what looks like burn marks. 6 years old and it is complete trash... **********************...

Placed online order for Comfort Walk-In Steam Shower on 2/3/23. Card was billed full amount. Estimated delivery date was Feb. ****th, 2023. It is now March 3rd and Maya bath customer support is stating that the unit will not be received untill "some day" in April 2023. We gutted our whole bathroom and moved walls to accomidate size of tub. We now cannot finish bathroom untill tub arrives because the specs I was sent by the company do not include location of drain. We cannot guess this! What have we been offered to compensate for the unreasonable wait time not initially listed or stated? An upgrade from 10y warranty to a lifetime warranty, but what good is a warranty from a company that does not disclose the long wait times? Although this is my first ever negative reviews, my hope is that either someone with the authority at Maya Bath will make this right or someone reading this will get accurate info on recent customer service and shipping/delivery.
