April 25th I purchased the *** tickets which was $531.00 for April 29th a table for up to 8 guests to celebrate my birthday. The day of the event I get to the location of the address given and the doors were locked the establishment closed for the day, which then I called the event host and was told the event was canceled and i should have gotten an email, phone call as well as a full refund. I never received any type of notification nor my refund. I was told by the host to send him a proof of purchase and my information via text and shortly after I received a text message stating that I should receive a refund within 3 to 5 days, as of date May 8th and after a couple messages asking whats the delay still no refund.Business response

To whom it may concern,
we take customer experience and satisfaction very seriously at this company. The customer was contacted regarding the cancellation of this event and Refunded as well.
although most refunds take 3 to 5 business days to be processed, depending on the customers, banking, institution or method of payment, it could take up to 10 business days. However, the customer was contacted, refunded, and even sent a confirmation of the refund via email.
