      I wanted to love this service. I was excited to support a black business woman and excited to give Kale Personal ************ a try. My initial order was for just one person and when I called for further information I talked with *************************** herself and decided to increase my order.As promised the food was delivered, breakfast and dinner for 4 people for 3 days. The breakfast was a simple chia seed porridge. That evening my husband was the first to notice that all the dinners for 4 people for 3 days had an expiration date on them for 3 days prior to delivery (the expiration date said January 7th and the meals were delivered January 10th). I immediately called and left a message with *******. I then emailed that same evening and told her that the food delivered had expired and know it was a mistake (getting delivered expired food) but I wanted a full refund. 7 minutes later she replied, "For a full refund...? For a mistyped expiration date? Please clarify what items you are requesting a refund for." The next day I called and told her that the food she delivered was expired. She said, "uhhh". I said I would like a refund and again she said,'uuhhh'. I then said an awkward, "okay thank you". She never mentioned a mistyped expiration date on the call. The same day she emailed "We've processed a refund for your entire order.I will say that she had nice packaging. I cannot say how the food was because I threw it all away. I did eat the 1 chia seed breakfast because that did have an expiration date 4 days after the delivery date. I do wish her the best.

      This information is completely inaccurate and false by ****** ********* of **** ********* ******* in Scottsdale. She has stated numerous times that she wants to support black businesses, however, she has gone above and beyond to defamed a black-owned business. With this negative and false review written by her now on 2-1-22 over a month after this customer placed an order with our company. We have received numerous emails, and phone calls from ****** ********* based on false information, and as a small business we have gone above and beyond to please this customer. We produce hundreds of meals a day, including the day she received her delivery, and to this day, she was the ONLY customer who has complained about our services and food. Not only did we give her a full refund for 'expired' food, but we have also responded to all of her countless claims. On January 10th at 7:46 pm, she sent us a company email stating "I did enjoy it." Writing a false and negative review and then stating 'I wish her the best..." please move on ****** *********.
