I received a letter from Centauri in early ****** informing me that I may be entitled to SSI and/or SSDI benefits because of my medical conditions (which will never get better, or will get worse). I filled out an online questionnaire with Centauri on April 12, 2024. They called me back on April 15, 2024, and electronically sent the info to SSA that day. I logged into my SSA account, and this was verified. I filled out paperwork for Centauri and SSA and remitted them ASAP. SSA informed me in writing that a decision will not be made for at least 6 months after the date of application. SSA approved my claim for benefits on August 22, 2024, and I received a letter from SSA on August 27, 2024 stating this. I verified the letter from SSA by logging into my SSA account, and the information matched. I'm sorry to read about all these negative experiences other people had with Centauri. They also got me 12 months of back benefits, to the tune of $18K+.Review from Willie W

I got a letter with on my healthcare providers letterhead. When I got a call from them as well I didn't understand why they were contacting me about SSDI. 3 weeks later I became disabled and called them to assist me with applying for disability. I was told that I would be called back as their system was down. Within ********************************************************************************************** After 3 hours of medical information I was asked to sign an electronic document with some Attorney's name on it and when I questioned it was disconnected. I wish that I had not shared the information that I did but my instincts told me to ****** them which led me to this site. This Company is a **** and is not affiliated with my health provider. I told the *** that I was speaking with that I would have to have my Attorney friend look into them and the Docs that she wanted me to sign. She quickly ended the call. DO NOT give this company your information or precious time.Review from Vanessa G

0 stars if possible!This company was horrible they called my mom asking about my older sister.Saying she didnt qualify.My mom started talking about my brother with autism.My mom gave them my brothers SS number.Big mistake.They sent in paper for my mom to sign it was talking about ********.We brought the papers to my brothers therapist and she told us that it wasnt trusted.We are going to the SS office on Monday to make sure they didnt do anything.**** this company they scam vulnerable people.You guys are b****** that have nothing better to do.Go get a life and a real job.Review from Madison F

ZERO STARS!!! I received a call from this business stating they could help me sign up my granddaughter for SSI and that they are working with her health insurance to assist us. I received the documents that I was to sign and return. On it, there's a gentlemen listed as the payee. I looked up what that means and I'm not signing the paperwork. No one else is going to handle her monies except for me.Review from Donnie D

All they were trying to do was to get me to change to another ******** Advantage plan. The letters they sent me even had a Cigna logo at the top of the page like ***** was wanting to look into it. Why would they want you to talk to someone about changing plans? I flat out told this lady who contacted me that no matter what she had to offer I was not changing plans. She wouldn't take no for an answer so I hung up on her and blocked the number she was calling from. A few days later a man there called me and started the same c*** all over again. I told him off and hung up on him and I then blocked his number. Yesterday, I got a letter in the mail from them wanting me to sign papers so they could get information on me and represent me in getting more benefits. Are they kidding me? Of course this letter also mentions *****. I'm looking at the letter now and I'm getting ready to toss it in the trash. I'm not dealing with them. It's a scam. I received a call from them saying and even calling me from United healthcare number. They asked me to update the insurance I got though ******** and texted me a form to sign which I did and later I called back the number and they said they have nothing to do with it. Im confused they ask for my ssn number too.Review from Evan J

I'm a disability advocate and representative. My client was contacted by a rep who claimed could support her with her disability claim. The client does not speak English well and did not understand what ******* was asking. She signed over her disability case without comprehending what was happening. When we attempted to call them back, the operator would not let us speak to the disability representative and the client was not given a direct line to contact him. She was told to simply change her **** (Authorized Representative) form at the disability office. This caused an extra hassle and delay to her case, not to mention the fact that her personal information was given to a stranger. I've never encountered such unethical treatment from a supposed health provider. PLEASE KNOW: You should have a representative that you can actually contact. You should ALWAYS fully understand what you are signing. And there are way, way better choices for disability support than this company. I suggest your local non-profit or SOAR Works program first. If that's not possible, then a disability lawyer who may take a fee but only if you win your case. I would even suggest the caseworkers at the ****************************** itself before I would ever refer someone to this sham.Review from Monnaray B

This company has been by far the worst company for helping get anything accomplished with ssdi. They never return your phone calls or update your files. Everytime you call the receptionist cant find whom your case is assigned to and claims to see no updates about your case. They claim you will be processed in six months, Im still waiting its been 15 months. After initial application I never heard from this company again until I list my insurance and they needed a new contract signed to receive money from the ssdi back pay. They requested that after they received a notification from SSA showing they are at 90 percent completion of the application. That completion date as only because I went to local office and updated everything Centuari claims they will do if you use them. They never assisted in helping with me beyond the initial application. I applied for a job back in June of this year no call no follow up I called million times finally some one answers I will give your information to recruiter months down the line now no one answers just voicemail. It all scam
