The business also indicated that they are training more staff to improve their refund process and business consumer communications.

      Requesting $200.55 refund for uncompleted order from Bossa Hearing Aids Dear ************ 3/4/2024, I helped a friend to buy 2 pairs of Bossa Hearing aids TX5. At the beginning, when I entered 2 pairs together (order number ******), the price was not discounted. But before "proceed" at check out, there was a message saying "if you buy 2, the 2nd pair is half price". So I thought why not to take the discount? At that stage, all credit card details have been entered, but I couldn't go back or canceled the order. I just closed the window without going through the final check out step. Basically I aborted it Then I placed a new order (order ******) with 1 pair and add another pair when the message saying getting half price. So the later order was fine and we received the goods, no problem.On 3/5/2024, when I received an order confirmation of order ******, I realized that they actually created an order for the uncompleted one. So I wrote an email to the Bossa Support Team and explained what happened. I got an email back from Andie promptly and told me the order has been cancelled. I thought everything is ok, I just needed to wait for the $200.55 refund. I waited for 2 months. Nothing happened. On 5/11, I emailed Andie again, and he said he needed to follow up with their billing department in order to get refund. On May 18th, **** sent me a message when I chased it again. He said he would check again with their finance, it should be done by then. Nothing happened. I emailed him again. On 5/24, **** came back to me and said they just got word from their finance, they are working on refunds now. It should be available soon. That's the last words I got from them. I trusted them and waited patiently, but they just ignore my messages from 5/24/2024 onwards. I am seeking your help to getting $200.55 long overdue refund for the goods never received.Thank you so much for your help in advance, and I really appreciate it.Kind regards Jinghua ****

      Transaction Date: 1/6/24 Amount: $70.69 Item: 1 pair of hearing aids Throughout the year I was told several times that the items were on backorder. The last time I emailed them (which was a reply to a former email), it was returned as undeliverable. I tried emailing directly through their website and never received a reply. Has this company gone out of business?

      I canceled an order for a hearing aid that was discontinued. I was promised on an April 3, 2024 email that my $177.51 order would be refunded. My subsequent emails get nice responses, but no refund. It is now October.

      I helped my grandpa (******* *****) order a pair of hearing aids from this company on March 12, 2024. After a couple of months I reached out for an update and they told me they were having production issues (or something of the sort) and that I would receive an email with shipping information within a month or so. I never received anything else from Bossa, and they are no longer responding to me.. and I have yet to receive my order. I have tried reaching out to them several different ways, because the email I was communicating with before no longer works, to request a refund and I cant get anyone to respond.

      As of January, 2024, I had placed an order for hearing aids. Bossa Hearing has yet to deliver my hearing aids. I have sent several messages by email to contact them and follow up with them several times in regards to my order. They have given me the runaround and tell me they are backed up and it will be delivered soon and it is now end of October and I have yet to see my order. I am going to be sending a copy of my emails through your email due to the fact that I'm not able to upload the emails through this angle here. I am very frustrated with this company and they have stopped communicating with me and I would like my money back please. Thank you for your assistance.

      I ordered and paid for a Proton Max hearing aid on May 8, 2024. The discounted amount paid was $129.32. Several emails have been sent to the company. A couple of responses were received but then nothing. I would like a refund.

      I ordred the Bossa Tx-5 mini hearing aids for my mother-in-law on May 1, 2024. The order number is D82686D808 for ******* *******. We have have not received the product and have attempted to reach them several times. The reason for delay is production delays. ********* credit card was charged $95.12. I am filling this complaint as she does not understand this process. We have tried to request a refund and nothing has happened. We would like to get the $95.12 refunded to her as we all now money is tight for seniors.

      I ordered the Bossa Hearing Aids on 4/14/24 paying $91.04, was told would be shipped within 2 weeks. I never received and every time I emailed them I was told the shipping department was running behind and I should get my order within 45 days. This happened 3 times and I never recvd the order. Tried calling but never reached a live person, just set on hold and finally hung up. Looks like a scam.

      On April 15, 2024, I placed an order for a TX-5 Mini Pair Hearing Aids from the Bossa Hearing official website. Cost was $129.00 on my digital receipt, but I got it on sale for $80.52.The item never was delivered after a month, so after contacting them, they said that TX-5 was out of stock, so they upgraded me to the newer TX-10. And that never was delivered. So after several more emails, the item still never arrived. It's been nearly 6 months now and nothing.
