I've received multiple calls from telemarketers saying they are calling from the Medicare Benefits Center. The calls are from a false number, the most recent call today came from ************ (11:17AM Aug. 3rd), showing up as a smoke shop in ***** **************. The calls are auto dialed, when I first say hello, there is no response, then loud call center background noise starts and someone tells me they are calling from The Medicare Benefit Center. I tell them 1) I am not on Medicare, I am not Medicare age. 2) I am on the national do not call list, 3) that I have told them many times to take me off their list. They usually hang up, but the calls do not stop. Today when I asked to be taken off the list, and said the number is on the national *** list, the woman said "But this is about your Medicare benefits ma'am". The business refuses to honor my wishes to be removed from their list. They refuse to respect the *** list they will not stop calling me. They are using false numbers to avoid accountability and to appear local.

We are aware of these calls.  They are not us.  They are from an off-shore call center preying on ** customers, coincidentally using the name Medicare Benefit Center.  We can not control that.  We have a website called medicarebenefitcenter.com but we do not cold call customers.  We are not tied in any way to the phone number they are using.  We called the *** and they tell us there is nothing we can do.  Our website clearly states that we don't call out to customers.  Googling "Medicare Benefit Center" after getting a call from some telemarketer using the same business name does not make us guilty of the offense in any way.

You can call me at ************ if you have additional questions.

I just sent this letter today after an agent once again said she would take me off the list, However, I may be off one list but now they are calling me under the name of Medicare Senior Benefits. Three calls this morning. This company is ridiculous! I can't believe they have no complaints but it takes a lot of work to find out who they really are. January 27, 2023 ********************* Medicare Benefits Center ***************************************** Ste. 227 **********, ** 85260-3678 Dear ***********,I am hoping you are a respectable business and dont really intend on harassing the public. For the last two months, I have been getting seven to eight calls a day from you. I keep asking to be taken off the list which you are required to do by law. After hundreds of calls, this hasnt happened. I am giving you one last chance to take me off the list. I have worked in the insurance business for AEGON and *** my whole career. I have run marketing programs including telemarketing. If a potential customer doesnt wish to speak with you then continuing to contact them is simple harassment. I am sure you will want to do the right thing. Since the Better Business Bureau in ** has no complaints about your business, I thought maybe you would finally take action and get me off your list. If not, I will file complaints against all your underwriting companies.

I have received multiple solicitation calls from this business and other Medicare supplement providers multiple times daily for the past several months. The phone they are calling does not have Caller ID, so I cannot provide the number(s) placing the calls. There is no one at my phone number or address who is old enough to be eligible for Medicare, and I have informed the callers of this multiple times. I have tried asking politely for them to stop calling, simply hanging up once I know what the call is about, and being rude on the phone. Whenever I express disinterest, disapproval or inform the caller that I am not on Medicare, the callers abruptly end the call, only to call again later the same day or the next day. I want this to stop!
