Purchased an item from their website (clothing). Item arrived defective--sewn together so badly you couldn't even put it on. Tried to inquire about a refund, and was just given the run around. They are almost impossible to contact. I just wanted a refund,Initial Complaint

Roselinlin has an outrageous return policy. You receive items from a ********** address then discover products are NOT as advertised or described or totally don't fit. The make you go through a return request for each item - I ordered over $1k of clothing from them and their sister company Zolucky and had 9 items approved by Roselinlin for return. They send you responses from many different "customer service" people, explaining that your items are approved for return, BUT you need to return them to ***** and since that's going to take a long time and be very expensive, instead, they want to offer you 15% credit to keep the clothes and forget your return. After you get so frustrated trying to get them to give you their ******* address, which they never do, and facing an expiration date for their offer, you decided to take their 15% , which is exactly what they want you to do. Then you send them multiple notes daily telling them you want the 15% and they ignore ALL communications to the one and only email address they have ************************ when looking them up on any review site, it's easy to see that this is their SOP - they're a BIG SCAM. All I want is for them to accept the return of the 9 items that are NOT as described and DO NOT FIT, even after ordering 2 sizes larger than they recommend, and credit my charge card accordingly.
