Terrible product and terrible customer service. Everything started out great and just went downhill from there. The brace is equal to any brace you can get on Amazon and for much less money...but I really hoped this one would be better. Unfortunately, I was wrong. My dog tried on this brace and it would not stay on...the size was right, but the fit just straps over the back end of the dog so when they move, it moves also. So sad! I did everything they asked of me before returning the brace at my own cost, and then they emailed me once received stating it was returned in used condition covered in hair. This was not true! The photos they sent me even showed more hairs than when I sent it back...I couldn't believe someone would do this and not refund me! I even contacted them about the return within hours or minutes of receiving the brace. There is no way the brace was used before returning it. Just very bad people at this company and i cant believe i was scammed trying to find my dog a brave for his leg. Heart breaking! This company is definitely a scam and I warn every dog owner to stay away from them! Please also note that I can't find anywhere to leave a review on their website...yet they have a few reviews they posted themselves. There is also no phone number listed on their website. NOT A LEGIT COMPANY - SAVE YOUR DOG & STAY FAR AWAY FROM DOGGYBRACE.COM!

We send a helpful pdf with cleaning tips explaining the brace can (if need be), be put through a washing machines gentle cycle, air dried and/or lint rolled. We sent the brace back to the customer (at our cost), as she was not eligible.

Make a dispute with your bank! This is ridiculous!! They are stealing your money all because there is hair on it??? There is no way to get EVERY SINGLE PIECE OF HAIR! These crooks are awful and send me a brace that had thread hanging off it and just blew it off like its not damaged but for a piece of hair I cant get my money but i am suppose to be ok with thread hanging out it make a dispute and get your money back!!!! These people wont show you any negative posts, they wont allow you to make reviews, they are thieves!!

The customer first reached out and said her ******************** was damaged. I asked her to send us a picture so we could see it (we would send a brand new one if need be). It was extra thread from one of the loops and I assured her this was not damaged nor would it comprise the integrity of the product. A few days later she emailed wanting to start the return process (in which she was sent the cleaning instructions - machine washable, lint roller, air dry...). We send a cleaning pdf to HELP the customer with a successful return. Unfortunately the customer did not follow through on her end as the brace was not only covered in hair on the inside but even clearly showing on the outside (as well as hair stuck all in the velcro). We emailed her right away and explained that this did not meet the requirements for a refund and that we were sending it back to her (and we sent the tracking #). She then accused us of: 1) False advertising because the size she chose did not fit her dog. 2) Receiving a damaged item. 3). Not allowing her enough time to return it (although she had TWELVE days to return it - from a town in ******* to another town in *******). In one email she says if we want it washed to wash it ourselves and then sends a email later saying she did wash it. Once she was informed of this she started blasting our email (in fact, we received 12 back to back in a span of less than two hours). She used derogatory words, threatened, demanded and she continued to send an email in June - 3 months after being told she wasn't eligible! She also slammed our company on ******** and Instagram and even had family members emailing telling us to refund her. Unfortunately just because you purchase an item does not entitle you to a refund. There are return policies and we are extremely transparent on what those are in order to be eligible. Unfortunately BBB does not allow us to share pictures. If so it would be blatantly clear she was not eligible.
