      I have a fold 3Z samsung through verizon. Ive had the screen coming apart and it causes the phone to glitch. I have taken the phone to asurion to have it repaired the first time its covered through verizon then everytime after that it comes out of pocket. The second time i took it to asurion they charged me 25 plus tax to have it repaired. I got it back and it had bubbles in the screen they said it would go away in 48 hours. Now its been a week and the screen is worse then the day i recieved. I called them they said they would take care of it but couldnt bring it in until monday which is today. I took it to them they told me it would cost me $30 to repair it i told them they just repaied it the week before and told me they would take care of it today at no cost. Now it is 5 dollars more then when i just took it in. I spoke with kaytlin. She told me i would have to come back in when the manager was in tomorrow. I reminded her i was told today i could now its tomorrow. I dont live in sirra vista the trip is an hour and i cant afford to come back and eapecially after just paying for it i would have to pay a second time. She refused to come back out to the front of the store where i was because i wanted to know her name and to speak with the person in charge. I had to call the store while standing in the store for someone to answer in order for me to get her name. I feel its very unprofessional and wrong i cant afford to pay the travel nor there mistakes for not repairing it the first 2 times ived had to pay to have it repaired.

      The customer in question came into the store on 11/28/2023 and we replaced the screen protector in question.   There was a miscommunication between the staff on what the proper procedure was.  This issue has been corrected.  We apologize for the incoviencance this has caused.  We strive to provide excellant customer experience and we appreciate any feed back that will assist with making that expierence better.
