On OCT 12, 2024 I wired $4,500 to you for a purchase of a Kryptex brand golf cart. Your website offers free delivery withing 2 days. As of today, I dont have the cart I purchased and you are not returning any calls or text messages. Since no one is returning my calls and emails, I expect this to be a scam. You have an extensive website for your carts and a site for Global shipping, which I called and the numbers and they are not working. You also have a large ******** page and testimonials for your business so it looks like this fraud is intended.Initial Complaint

Greetings, We are a business in ****************, ********. We attempted to purchase (2) Golf Carts online via a company called ************************** with an Address in ******************. We paid them $7500.00. We have not received the golf carts. There has been one delay after another and one lie after another. They are now stating that we need to provide personal id information and other documents before the shipping company will release the golf carts to us. This crime also involvers a perpetrated shipping company. The shipping company has now said we need to pay an additional $2000.00 or they will not ship the golf carts because I will not provide my personal ID. I believe this is an orchestrated crime which involves shell companies online that pretend to have inventory, but do not. They are orchestrating this fraud to victims who believe they are purchasing a product, and then once they pay for those products, they involve a shell shipping company that demands more money to release the product. The individuals involved have fake addresses of business and are using online websites as the shell company in order to prey on victims. Can you please assist me in recovering my money and stopping this before it hurts other people? ****Initial Complaint

On August 15, 24, I contacted KRYPTEX I was interested in buying a golf cart from this company. Once I found the golf cart that I was interested, I submitted the order for the golf cart. Once the order was submitted they reach out to me regarding the payment. I summited my card information and for some reason they couldnt process the payment. The call me and ask me if I could send the money through Zelle. The amount of the purchase was 2745 dollars. They send me a tracking number but never received the product I pay for. I will appreciate if you could help me get my money back from this company. What they did was fraud and now they dont answer my calls or give me any information regarding when will I get my money back.Initial Complaint

Golf cart purchased on 7.4.23 with sales receipt. Delivery ETA confirmed via email on 7.4.23 for time frame ***************. I emailed Kryptex for delivery confirmation on 7.13.23 where Kryptex gave a tracking number with Orleans Logistics, which stated delivery ETA 8.3.23. I emailed back on 7.13.23 with my displeasure at the false ETA and requested compensation. Having not heard back, I emailed Kryptex again on 7.15.23 requesting they respond. On 7.23.23, I gave a $500 request as compensation and have not heard back from them since. On 7.26.23, 7.28.23 and 7.30.23 I emailed Kryptex and Orleans Global to confirm the delivery date, to while I have yet to receive a reply. Today is 8.3.23, the delivery date stated and I haven't heard from either company. I've left Kryptex three voicemails, submitted an online customer request to be contacted and sent the same request to their 'online chat' which states they are offline but will see my message once they're back online. I've called multiple numbers for Orleans Global as well, none of which work. Please help resolve this situation. I need the golf cart delivered no later than end of day on Saturday, 8.5.23 and the $500 reimbursed as compensation. Thank you.
