I purchased a stage 2 camshaft kit from **** performance on 18/19/22, they installed it and everything went well until recently it started ticking. They told me on the day of purchase there would be a warranty on it. I tried calling them but they have moved shops. I tried emailing but no response.Initial Complaint

Ordered an exhaust for a ****** Rmax April 2022 . Waited a month before contacting and was told they are moving shops have some patience so I did. Since then still have not received the item . No updates, no communication . The phone number on his website does not receive calls . Sent emails and messages through their website no reply . On 5/17 we ordered products from **** Performance and we were told it would be here in **** business da6ys. After about 3 weeks we called the business and the person who answered said they'd have it out within a month. Understandable for some circumstances but now it is impossible to resolve. They no longer have phones, email or anything reaching them. No explanations on what to expect for a resolution and it isn't just a few dollars spent.Initial Complaint

I had tried to email a number of times about getting my tune for my car that I have already paid for which is $600.00 and I have gotten no response. I would like to get my money back because this is very unprofessional for a business to do this and I dont want nothing from them now. Now they have moved to *********** and have a new phone number ************ but I dont have a current address on them. This transaction was made on 12-12-22.Business response

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me. I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved.

Date of Transaction: 01/13/2022 Cost: $5208.70 Unfortunately the manufacturer does not want to send me the remaining parts to complete the autopart kit I have bought and the company that sold their says they are not caring enough to send it to me.Attached are the billing statements from the part and a screenshot of me speaking with the company that sold their part. The other person is a representative of ******************************* which used to sell the auto part kit I have bought and he states the manufacturer does not seem to care to send me the remaining part. **** Performance is the manufacturer that needs to send me the remaining part however I do not believe they will as I have been waiting months for it.Business response
