They helped create a vision that they could not execute. They sold a dream of my project being completed in 2 months per contract and they delivered a 5 month nightmare. They couldnt even complete a pocket door in 5 months with 4 of those months being unlimited access, since I could not live in my house during the process. My dad had to finish the pocket door due to their endless incompetence. On top of that, they didnt even offer to give me money back. Every trade has no idea whats going on or they require interpretation services for clarification. Everything they touched they had to be touched twice to try to get it right. They are never on time due to illness or working on projects even though I waited 4 months for them to start. They also told me they have to give my townhome community a 48 hour notice of a water shut off by law, yet I was given an 18 hour notice. When I questioned the notice discrepancy, it was then spun around asking me if I wanted to delay my project and even said he hoped he wasnt being recorded. The **** highly frown upon breaking laws. I had to cut out numerous projects because I knew they were not capable of completing them. I sent an email out within 2 months of my concern, and they assured me their company was competent. The owner ******* didnt even reply. They dont care about you, only your money. If you want to save thousands to stress more than this is the company for you! Good luck!

Updated Review for General Contractor I originally hired this general contractor for a kitchen remodel with a contract of around $70,000. After several quality and scheduling issues, I withheld final payment until the outstanding problems were addressed. The contractor and I came to an agreement: I would take down my initial negative review if they completed the job as promised. Unfortunately, despite removing the review, they have not upheld their end of the agreement.The issues that caused the delays and quality concerns remain unresolved, and communication continues to be sporadic at best. Ive called the owner, *******, numerous times to get updates or even a response, but he has not returned a single call. The last communication I received from someone named **** was that their painter was booked on another job, and they would try to find other dates to reschedule. This is completely unacceptable, as our project has been going on for close to a year now with no resolution in ******** this point, I would strongly advise others to be cautious when considering this contractor. Until they can show that they value their clients by delivering on their promises, maintaining transparency, and improving communication, I cant recommend them.

Dez came today did a great job putting in the pipes and installing our installation for our bathroom and explained every thing he did. He was so courteous and polite and I would highly recommend him to work on your bathroom! Thank you, Dez for your great work!***********************

**** (****) ******** has been an outstanding supervisor. Since he took over my project he has taken care of every question and concern I have had. He is very polite, respectful and helpful. He is always very up and cheerful. I call him "Mr. Sunshine". I highly recommend him.

I contracted with Holtzman Home Improvement from my entire interior remodel. We took my home down to the frame and concrete floors. It was a complex remodel, it required expertise from engineering and many other subs. Holtzman's work was extrordinary. I don't think any of us expected it to be so beautiful. My home looks like a model home and they worked with me so that my interior design aligned with all of their electical wiring and I was able to design the perfect home.Their employees are professional, on-time and really great to work with. Regardless of any questions or concerns throughout the duration of the project, I had a timely response or the owner, ******* would come by to discuss in person. I was never left feeling out of the loop about my project.I can't say enough about how good Holtzman is especially because my interior remodel started after my pool and backyard and it is complete, where as, my pool contractor is not even close to finished, it has not passed any inspections and the contractor who I hired is MIA.Its worth it's weight in gold to hire a professional licsensed contractor and not try to cut corners. Hire Holtzman for any home improvement and you will not have any regrets, your project will come in on budget and on time. Thank you Holtzman my home is gorgeous.

Two bathroom remodel was just completed in January, ****. I highly recommend this company. The Superintendent, **************************** was very helpful and responsive during the process. Their tradesmen completed their work expertly and the finished project was just as designed and was exactly in budget. The tradesmen were all courteous. They protected our flooring during the process and cleaned up well after the work was completed. The original design we developed with the salesperson attended to all the details and we knew the total cost beforehand.

I used HHI for my master bathroom remodel. The workmanship is outstanding and my wife and I are very pleased. **** our sales representative was fantastic to work with and our Superintendent **** made sure our project was successful in a timely manner.

I used Holtzman Home Improvement for my guest bathroom remodel. Communication was outstanding the whole time. The bathroom turned out great.

Everyone that entered our home was professional and courteous. ******************* was kind, professional and a great communicator. I would call him a man of action.
