    HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! I work for my local **************** and I wanted to proudly support this company. My cousin is a *** and has purchased through them and so I trusted it. I placed an order for the limited "FIGHT" t-shirt, $35 for the shirt and $8 for shipping, totalling $43 dollars. I never received an actual tracking email so looked using their Shop app and it said I should receive it within a few days, that day passed and so I reached out via email with no response, more days past and still no shirt, using the Shop app, I had noticed that it said the shipping label was made but was never taken to a carrier facility, mind you this is still days after it said it to be delivered and 2 weeks after placing my order. I reached out again via email to which they replied with no words, just tracking info, so I continued to wait and nothing still. I was now upset and emailed about my frustration, they responded with not a sorry or apology, they said they were extremely busy and slammed as they are a small veteran owned business and that they were cancelling my order and would I receive a refund. I didn't want to cancel my order and if they would of responded to my original email about being backed up I would of totally understood and been patient, but there absolutely NO communication of that, and when I replied that, they never responded. A few days after not seeing a refund, I reached out yer again and all they said was it could take up to 10 business days. Eventually I saw the refund, it was only for the amount of the shirt $35, not including my $8 shipping that I paid, which they never even took my shirt to the mail but just kept my shipping money. I emailed them about it and never heard a word from them. Very unprofessional, very rude, and I won't ever purchase anything from them and will pass this along to everyone so they don't get rear ended like I did. I really wanted that shirt and was willing to wait. But they acted like they didn't even care.
