"Per the conversation on Monday, February 21st, when you called, and talked to TJ: your money is back on your card. TJ explained everything to you and apologized. There is nothing more that can be done. Your money has been refunded. Depending on your financial institution, it could take up to 10 days to have that reflected on your account. Please contact your bank as there is nothing more we can do."Per the conversation with TJ on 02/21/22 I was told that you are not able to work directly with me and have to compete through the bank. I was advised it would be refunded but here we are now another 3 weeks later and I still have not seen the funds available in my account. My bank has not received an refund from your company. I mean are you guys really struggling that bad that you have to rob people for money? This entire process is a complete joke and I am so regretful for ever walking into this terrible establishment. I will get my money one way or another, If you all would stop holding it for no reason and just issue the **** refund we could be done. You guy need to stop BSing and get this done. Give me my money back you thieves! All of this is documented and I will be writing more reviews and making people avoid this establishment as much as possible. I have everything you have all LIED about and said from the very beginning of this process when you all STOLE my money.Business response

We have not only issued a refund but the customer filed a charge back on their credit card and has continued to file complaints with the BBB. The customer has harassed our staff, called the store multiple times, and continues to state that we stole his money. This case has been resolved for months. The customer has been refunded back his purchase price.Customer response

I am happy to provide proof that this matter is still not resolved. According to my bank as of today 03/14/2022 the refund has still not been issued to the account. I have filed a charge back because what you guys did. I am only coming after what I am owed as you guys at this point have stolen my money and your acting like I am in the wrong here. Please provide the confirmation of the refund so I can then forward to my bank so this can actual get resolved. Even your responses to these complaints are apparent that there is no empathy in trying to resolve the matter. You keep saying I call and harrass you but Im sure TJ (Store Manager) can attest to that the process was done wrong from the beginning of this entire thing. I haven't called in weeks because nothing gets resolved anyway when I do.
