I hired Floor Daddy to replace my floorings. The business has not delivered in a timely manner, failed to complete the job, and there have been problems constantly with the job that was preformed. Major damage being caused to the house. Unlicensed workers also working.Initial Complaint

The company falsely advertised financing offers. We got new floors from them from the understanding that it was interest free and payment free until 2025. We went through on the deal and got billed for 30 days due date. The person that sold us it ensured no payments until 2025. We are in the process of selling our house and wanted new floors before we sold it, so we figured no payments before we sell it is fine. When we called and talked to ******* he said they did no wrong doing. I have photos of the website showing they say no payments or interest until 2025. They are not filling a promise they advertise.Customer response

On June 10, 2024, the company advised me to apply for a credit card from Synchrony Home to pay for $7985.85 in products/services to be installed on July 1. Communication with the company has been extremely difficult with my calls, emails, and text messages to them going unanswered for days. The company did not show up for their scheduled installation time and did not contact me to explain their absence. After multiple attempts to contact someone in the company, the person who finally responded did not have a clear answer as to why the job was not completed or if/when it would be. On July 3, after two days of no contact, I voiced my concern that this was not a legitimate company and suggested we cancel the contract. Someone else at the company finally responded then and again gave me an unclear answer as to why the job had still not been completed and no attempts had been made to reschedule. This same thing happened again two days later. My attempts to contact this company are again going unanswered, and I feel as though I have been scammed. I will be contacting the credit card company regarding this experience.Customer response
