On Aug 8,2022. My sister came to me on tears about a funeral home services (All Options) had miss treated her. I took it upon myself to go to Yelp and leave a review about this situation and how I did not agree with how they treated a grieving mother who just lost her newborn child. 10 days after posting this review on yelp I received a reply that slandered my sisters name on every single paragraph. This company is so unprofessional and honestly should not be in this line of work if this is how they treat their customers. My sister did not write a review and she wrote my sisters name and her situation which was that she lost her baby boy. This is very unacceptable my sister is going through a hard time and now the company is slandering her name when she did nothing but tell me what she went through. Tears of foundation was also involved in this transaction. They apologize on behalf of the company and they could not believe how they mistreated my sister. I have called down and asked to have my sisters name removed and her personal issues remove for her privacy. They hung up on me.Business response

A.O.F.H./All Options Funeral Home, M.G./*************************, M./****** to shorten my response. Absurd; A.O.F.H.does not conduct business in that manner. A.O.F.H. would not have positive reviews, good relationships or repeating referrals, if M.G. felt that way with us, then why not change funeral homes, no obligation to A.O.F.H., A.O.F.H. was just trying to help, best a funeral home can. It was M.G. that was rude and spoke to us in an extremely disrespectful manner; I left this fact out of the PUBLIC response of the review. AO.F.H. allowed it, knowing M.G. was going through the worst experience of her life. M. based the review, all on hearsay,and was completely misinformed, and the review actually reflects this. There is one A.O.F.H. and 87 M.G.s. I used M.G.once and continued with ******* throughout. In addition, no statements were incorrect or falsified; which is what slander and defamation needs to be considered as slander or defamation. We work really hard, and know to not take any lashing out towards us, personal. ** mentions the loss of M.G.s baby, and, premature labor, in the review. BOY, his is hardly a personal detail. I honestly thought that once M. read my response, M. would have removed the review, discovering the review was filled with incorrect information. If a business responded with facts to a review I post, discovering that I was incorrect and out of line, I would remove my review. A.O.F.H. sent ********************, a check refunding money; also apologizing, A.O.F.H. couldnt make M.G. happy, regardless of how hard A.O.F.H. Tried. No one called A.O.F.H. to request about names or personal information, and was not brought to my attention until addressing this complaint, since discovering I have removed, ***** and boy from the response from A.O.F.H...I would have, to begin with, if A.O.F.H. was actually called. There is a reason; businesses can defend themselves with truth and honesty, in a response to a defaming and slandering review.Customer response

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me. I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved.
