Bought a mini countryman ****** car blew up not even an hour into our drive home. Called the warranty company and they wouldn't even pay to have it towed back to the carvana location or to our home or even a garage. We paid to have it towed home. After hours on the phone with customer service. We decided to trade.ot for a ******* Tucson. Had the Tuscon for not even two months and it has a major oil leak. Carvana will NOT do anything. Do not purchase a vehicle with carvana!

They make false promises to the customer of delivery and and delivery expectations. Dont clean the inside of the vehicle and did. Not compensate due to wrong delivery date. I demanded a refund.

I purchased my jeep a week ago, mirror was broken upon arrival, crack in windshield, a piece of the vehicle flew off. They also sold me a vehicle with 5 year old tires that are cracking and worn, hardly any thread. Didnt top off power steering fluid, low fluids for windshield wipers, spark plugs need replaced, brakes needing replaced. And because I took a cross country trip and put more miles than they expected in a week, Im told those items are wear and tear items. For tires to crack and have low threads I wouldve had to be doing burn outs all throughout my trip. How are they a certified pre owned dealership when theyre not handling necessary things before selling

Car came with lots of problems, they dont care!! They will show a perfect car inline but when delivered it has lots of dents

Sold me a car with no brakes at all, they refuse to fix the brakes or reimburse me for the charges. The front and back brakes were totally rusted, they say that they do a rigorous inspection which is obviously not true. I only had the vehicle for 3 weeks when the brakes went out , and discovered that the brakes were totally rusted. They said it wasn't their problem.

Drove to the ********** Carvana to finish a transaction and trade in my car on 11/11. When I took my possession of my new EV, it only was charged to 21 miles of range. I had a 45 mile trip home. They were apologetic but offered no real resolution. The Carvana Guarantee is that cars would be charged to at least 50%. The car itself is great. The process is frustrating and this problem ruined my day, as I had to find a nearby charging station and charge for two hours (spending out of pocket money) just to get home. Would not recommend Carvana. Would be happy to revise my review but their advocates seem to care very little about my significant inconvenience.

They are scammers process you payments then keep giving delays when to pick up vehicle but make you buy insurance before you can get the car November 8th I purchased pickup date was 12th delayed until the 15th with no explanation but they have my money

This company is the worst they have been giving me the run around concerning purchasing a vehicle, now this has been about months and I still have not received the vehicle, they say everything is done concerning documents the the next day they say they need more so now the car has been given to someone else or they have you put insurance on the vehicle and then still no vehicle Ive done this actually of four times and still no vehicle but they did take the down payment from my account and told me it will 7-14 days before they can return my money it is a total rip off run dont even look their way #scam.

This is the worst company ever to buy a car from. They made the process buying my new truck a nightmare. Nobody knew what they were talking about and I was lied to on multiple occasions. Then when I go to pick up my truck it is beyond flithy, bird p*** everywhere, dirt on the inside, etc.. and they advertise how they are going to make your new vehicle so beautiful for you. (LIE)Then when I get the vehicle i find a ton of scratches and paint problems. The car had obviously been in an accident and they tried to hide it by repainting it but whoever painted it did a horrible job as there is clrea coat drips on the hood and two areas were sanded but not painted, scratches and cracks everywhere. I tried to file a claim with their warranty department and they hand in hand with Carvana just denied it saying normal wear and tear. On a 2 year old vehicle? The ******* Navigator I had for 12 years prior had better paint on it. They won't fix anything and they just lie, lie lie. Then I take the vehicle to the dealer and they tell me that they just put a new engine in the truck, Carvana didn't disclose that they had to change out the engine in a 2 year old truck. I would have never bought this vehicle had I known any of this. It has obviously been in an accident and they covered it up. Never buy anything from this company they will just lie and take your money. Shame on you Carvana for making this such a horrible experience.

Please do not buy anything from this company! They lie and sell terrible garbage. We had a trade in had a car delivered it didnt have the accessorys that the listing stated it had. I wanted to return it the day I got it when you finally get someone on the phone or chat with several people they say my truck had been paid off! Why have a 7 day return policy if you cant get your trade back? I was told I had to pick another car! Picked another car had several things missing and wrong with it that was not disclosed on the listing and they said would be fixed or repaired. Followed up 30 days later about items said nothing was noted and it was past my 7 day window! They sell ***** do not buy from them!! Sure wish I read these reviews before buying! Clearly Im not the only one with the same issues!
