On Monday June 13, 2022 I dropped my dogs ****** and Baloo off to be groomed at pampered pets. Shortly after I got a phone call that ****** had been nicked by the grooming blade. I arrived about 15min after the phone call to pick up both dogs and take ****** to the vet. I was informed by the groomer and the front desk person to bring back the receipt for the vet and I would be reimbursed. I took ****** to 1st pet vet on Warner and **** School. They said he needed a minor surgery to have the wound cleaned and stitched up. I paid the deposit and while ****** had surgery I took estimated **** to pampered pets. The front desk employee called 1st pet vet to verify the information and then called me saying the owners would be in touch. ****** had to wear a cone, and have antibiotics and pain medication as it was more than a ***** The total **** was $983.09. I have called pampered pets twice and get told that the owners will call me at their convenience. I have verified with the front desk that they are aware of the vet **** amount. They have the receipt, I can get another receipt from 1st pet vet if needed.
