This company sent me a violation that says you cant have any commercial vehicles within the community per the CC&Rs. I am a Realtor that drives a family vehicle that has my brokerage information on my car and have been here for almost a year parking my vehicle in my driveway with no violations from them about it specifically. Plus, its not even in the CC&Rs that they are referring to as we read the CC&Rs to the assistant admin. Im waiting for the manager to call me but I am feeling targeted. Also, as there isn't supposed to be over night parking in our community and everyone here does.Associated Asset Management Response

They are the worst...dishonest...do not follow their contract...do not provide accounting documents because they are outsourcing them...you cannot believe anything they say and they will block you from getting documents as they'll remove them from your community and take them to their corporate office. Then use the excuse they don't have them because they aren't on site and their staff are too lazy to provide them. When you complain to the CEO...she'll say good help is hard to find...Associated Asset Management Response

As with many businesses these days we try to operate paperless so all of the records are stored electronically with no physical copies on site or in the corporate office but all retrievable from our electronic storage system. We have provided countless records to **************** which have not satisfied her. We are fully transparent as it relates to association documents with the exception of homeowner's personal information and any discussion of a specific homeowner in the association.Review from Valery K.

There are many phone numbers listed for AAM. Any number you call says that you have reached them after business hours 24 hours a day. No one ever answers the calls. No one ever returns calls. You can not purchase a home in there communities unless you fund them with $500.00. To me it feels like extortion. And after all the homeowners fund them, they refuse to answer calls when you call them. They do not return calls. And if by chance you do reach someone, they make it almost impossible to get an approval for any upgrades on the homeowners property even inside the fence. I sent in a request for a patio and irrigation system over a week ago. I still can't reach anyone to find out if they received it. Or if I need to send them anything else for the approval. The only time the representatives from AAM show themselves is when they are unhappy that someone went and did an upgrade without an approval. But how can a homeowner get an approval if the AAM can never be reached?Associated Asset Management Response

They are horrible! We live in a new neighborhood in *******, **. The builders are better than most, but the *** is horrendous. I have lived here over 6 months and have yet to receive any CCR or any other documents...neither has any other home owner! I have called our "Manager" 4 times and haven't heard a thing back, now I am calling office and still no answer! Us neighbors talk and we are all paying slightly different *** assessments...not even called payments which they lied about from the get-go!Associated Asset Management Response

Staff is absolutely incompetent and ineffective. As the property management company for A$hley Height$ in Gilbert ** they are ineffective in applying the CCRs equitably. Numerous violations go overlooked or are not followed up on. Staff continues to make excuses as to the progress of complaints and will not provide status updates citing privacy. Yet, they are the first to tell you that they will identify you as the person who reported them as a way to intimidate you so as not to report violations. They do not ****** a sense of building a community but instead pick and choose who they want to assess fines. The property manager says she only comes thru 1-2X month and only during business hours; clearly, she doesn't spend much time as the community is overrun with RV/boats and trailers which is a clear violation of the CCR's. Overnight parking, which is also prohibited is rampant but if you submit a violation, she will respond by telling you that "you don't have to report every violation". Do better AAM....Associated Asset Management Response

As the managing agent we work within the fine policy as established by the board of directors. AAM does not conduct night inspections but the Board has contracted with a parking patrol and compliance notices are sent out as a result of the reports the parking patrol provides. We act on every complaint as long as it is submitted in writing but can only send compliance notices out in accordance with the fine policy that all owners have been provided. The statement as it relates to divulging the complaining parties name if requested is not an intimidation tool, it is a state statute. We simply advise the parties that this may happen and we would have to disclose per the state statute.Review from Brittany S

The team was Incompetent and rude. We submitted a request and received no follow up response whatsoever from them. When we reached out 2 weeks later, they claimed to never have received it. We provided the date of submission and then it was "**************** in their inbox. They made no effort to provide status updates or push things along due to the delay from their error. The only responses we ever received were exerts from the contract saying they had 30days. Once the 30days passed we followed up. They had not heard from the committee and made no attempt to follow up the committee. My representative went on a 2 week vacation and did not forward my case to another co-worker during this time period, so I then had to reach out to find someone to manage my request in her absence. Once I reached her manager the manager was ******************, and would no assist my case at all. This all took place at the ************, ** office.Associated Asset Management Response
