      Dynamic Auto glass replaced 3 or 4 windshields of mine over the years. The first few replacements were great - no issues, everything went smoothly, nothing to complain about. The most recent replacement, and the last one I'll ever do with them, was anything but. Long story short: they incorrectly sealed the windshield at the bottom, which caused a leak behind the dashboard and caused electrical damage inside the vehicle. The damage was verified by a ****** dealership and another independent shop. When I called the owner of Dynamic Auto Glass (****?) to explain the situation, he immediately got aggressive and defensive, would not let me finish my sentences, and tried to throw the blame back on me saying there is 0% chance they incorrectly installed anything and that I should have let him know sooner if there was a problem. He even at one point said that I probably did something to damage the seal on my own .... what?!? ****** on top: he thought it would be a good idea to offer to fix my windshield again, no charge! Like I said, this would have been pure comedy if it wasn't so enraging ... So that's when I started cursing and the phone call went sideways.This was unhinged behavior from an owner. I have never seen a business owner treat a customer this way. Look, everyone makes mistakes, people have bad days. Professionals with lots of experience occasionally mess up. No one is immune to this. Just own up to it and make it right with the customer was all I was asking.This story ends in me paying $555 to have the issue fixed, which unfolded over 5 separate trips to the shops (so a lot of wasted time on my end). I did nothing wrong here, yet was left holding the bag because the owner wouldn't take responsibility. I would have taken them to court if it was over $1k or 2k.
