3/10/23 we entered a contract with LEI to replace our home windows- 27 windows for approximately $36,000.00. The two large windows in the master bath were to be obscured (frosted) and small bathroom window was clear. Unfortunately they placed one large obscured and one large clear in the mater bath and an obscured glass in the small window. They were aware of the mistake and said they would order the correct glass and replace. The screens were also to be replaced as they were sagging. Since this time I have had multiple conversations with multiple people and as yet have not been able to get the problem solved. We had a scheduled replacement date and again the wrong glass was ordered, per installer, so new order was placed. Most of my communication has been with ********************************* in the corporate office. I will forward these emails. The payment agreement was a 2 year same as cash plan to begin once the job is complete. Since the job is not complete our repayment plan should not be in effect, as well as it has only been 1 year since installation. Needless to say the company has begun to bill us for this job. I really would like my window job complete and would love any help you could provide. I was unable to upload the emails. I can forward all of them to you if desired.
