Having multiple issues with a recently installed heating and cooling unit. Had the company out several times to fix issues with the new unit. After a recent maintenance visit for the furnace, I was getting incorrect heating temperatures in the house. I decided to call a different company to inspect the issue. What they found was numerous code violations, an incompatible main board and thermostat setup, a 2 stage system paid for but only 1 stage was wired for use, and lastly a new duct system that has a temperature difference of up to 8° which should be no more than 1°.Business response

We were able to touch base with the client and schedule a visit for one of our Managers and Senior Technicians to review the installation of the system completed in 2020 and the concerns noted by the other company. We verified that the system was wired and operating properly and discussed the operation with the client. We reviewed the code concerns that were noted and addressed and corrected the primary. We appreciate our client giving us the opportunity to work with them to ensure that their system is set up properly to provide them with years of worry free comfort.Customer response
