I ordered a shuffleboard table and when it came in, they called me to tell me it came in as the wrong color but they would deliver it so we had one until the new one came in. They delivered the temporary table and it was damaged. Again, considering it was a temporary solution it was not a problem. We are now over 2 months later and they refuse to inform me on when the right one will be in or if they are willing to compensate me for the damaged one. The sales person at both the Scottsdale and Tempe location no longer answer my call (they have caller ID and I have an out of state number that is easy to detect). Funny thing is they will answer when I call from my husbands local number that they do not recognize. Apparently the owner has been notified of the situation and refuses to respond. Oh, did I mention they asked for us to pay cash for a discount (shame on me for doing that). So this leaves us with little recourse and I think they know that hence the reason they ask for cash.
